“Fantastic house! Amazing place!” Wonderful house to stay for a hen party, there were 8 of us and there was so much room. Each room has an ensuite and the living room has plenty of space for everyone to sit round. Knitted out with lots of technology. Wifi is really good, and although you have to be careful of the noise outside at night inside the house is well sound proofed, so you won't need to worry. The hot tub is great, very clean and there's plenty of room for everyone, also lots of seating outside and the views are amazing!! The kitchen has everything including a nutri bullet and lots of appliances, everything you would need for a party!! Massive fridge and then there's another fridge/freezer in a utility room. Also easy to clean up as there's hard floors and leather sofas so you won't be worrying about spillages during your stay. Everything is very clean, decor is very tasteful and the owners are really lovely and very helpful! When we couldn't connect to the Internet they helped us straight away! Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

“Great stay, in a lovely home!” The house was beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. The owners Keith and Wendy were very accommodating to our group of 10 and made sure any queries we had were attended to straight away. We needed a few extra plates and it was no trouble to Keith who brought us some over right away. They live close by but they did not intrude or interfere with our stay. Keith recommended us a local pub called The Sun Inn, he even booked us a table for lunch, this was a five minute walk from the house and the food was lovely. The hot tub was clean and well attended to. Not that we needed it being a group of adults, but many of us are mums we noticed that there are (modern and discrete) stair gates at the top and bottom of the staircase. Great for family stays- or stays with pets. We had a great weekend and would recommend the accommodation. Thank you Keith and Wendy for a great stay.

“Amazing place” What an amazing place , fanatstic views lovley peopleour dog was so happy to have his little friends come knocking for her of a morning (the yard dogs ) they were super friendly . We will definatly be making another bioking really soon !

“Perfect, well appointed, modern yet cosy lodge.” Just returned from a 3 night stay for my 50th Birthday. The lodge was easy to find from the emailed instructions, The park lies almost exactly between Alnwick and Morpeth. The park itself is small enough to feel local but big enough to have a nice walk round. The park has a small clubhouse which serves food and drinks - we had breakfast there before setting off home and it was good quality and fair price. The lodge itself is very nice, high quality furniture and fittings, big screen TV with full (movies and sports ) sky package. Freeview flatscreens in the bedrooms too. We also made use of the built in bluetooth speaker system which I connected my Ipad to for spotify. As others have mentioned the hottub is great - already set up at the correct temp before we arrived. Mel met us to check everything was in order and said to contact her directly if we needed anything. We loved the area taking our dog out during the day to explore with a bit of shopping in Morpeth for my wife thrown in too ! If you dont want to use the clubhouse then everything in the evenings will mean driving - I didnt want to do that so we ate lunch out and cooked at night and spent time in the hottub then with a movie or the football later on. For us it was perfect - we really enjoyed the break, we felt the price was more than fair considering the high class lodge and all the extras thrown in - the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. we will be back at either this lodge or one of the other 2 on the same park owned by the same family.

“Wow, excellent lodge” This lodge is really home from home, excellent location very private and 1st class thorougout very well equipped, 2 fishing pegs, Hot tub went down a treat, went as a family of 6 adults 1 small child, plenty of room, Ray always on hand if you needed anything but this place is 1st class he wasn't needed, we already booked for next year as none of us wanted to leave .

“Kenegie Manor” Just back from our short stay. Lovely clean accommodation and small but well run friendly site. Great location for visiting Cornwall. On arrival there was little touches such as some Cornish biscuits and milk left for us which pleased the kids. The accommodation was spotlessly cleaned and ready at time stated. We used the pool which had a booking service due to Covid and this worked brilliantly. We didn’t use the restaurant as you couldn’t book and it was busy, but ate just up the road in the Coldstreamer which I would also recommend. The site had tennis an a small putting green which was free to use for a small deposit and the kids have loved this. Great holiday home with a lovely friendly welcome from the staff there. Great contact and info from the owners as well. Would definitely recommend a stay!

“Amazing stay at Bluebell hut” My boyfriend and I had a 3 night break here for October half term and we had an amazing time! The hut is so cute and had everything we needed. It was well equipped which made us feel at home. It was clean, tidy and just a lovely place to escape to. The views from the hot tub and garden which is private were beautiful, especially if you get a good sunset. On arrival, Carol greeted us and showed us around the hut and told us everything we needed to know. There is a very informative folder in the hut which explains everything if you forget. Communication prior to arrival was good and she is great at replying to any questions you may have about your stay. The hot tub and fire pit was something we used every night. Carol ensured there was enough logs and fire lighters as well as providing robes, crocs, towels and plastic cups for outside and use around the hot tub. The welcome basket with a loaf of bread, jams, crisps and small biscuits was a great touch. There was also some milk, water and butter in the fridge. Very useful to know in advance when planning a small food shop. Sainsburys is just 3 miles away from the hut on Westhampnett Road, Chichester. We ate lunch at The Fox Goes Free which served lovely food and would highly recommend especially if you were going to walk the 9.6 miles there and back like we did!! My shins are still aching!! We spent a day in Selsey Bill which is just a 25 minute drive away from the hut and had a cold but lovely walk along the beach. We ate in the Riveria cafe for lunch. Later that evening, we ate one of the best meals I’ve ever had at the Farmer, Butcher, Chef restaurant which is part of the Goodwood Hotel. We walked there as it was less than a mile away. If you want to do some fine dining, this is the place! The food was just exquisite and I would highly recommend it. We also ate breakfast after we checked out at a place called Boxies in Boxgrove which is just over a mile away. It’s also a farm shop and we had the best Full English and large coffee each to set us up for the journey home. If you didn’t want to eat out, there is a fully functioning oven with a grill and an induction hob with 2 rings to cook on. We were sad to leave and will definitely want to return in the summer!

“Absolutely Fabulous” Stayed for 3 Nights to celebrate my parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary, party of 9 Adults & 1child.on 31st Aug Loved it, house was amazing,, large family kitchen with a massive fridge freezer & ice making facilities, a great games room, beautiful gardens with a large decking area with Hot Tub and the piece de resistance - The Reindeer Hut. Thank you for The Welcome Pack, Bread, butter, milk, tea towels, washing up liquid etc, Lovely touch of fresh flowers. Great location to visit Wells, Wookey Hole, Longleat.
