“Modern appartment with lovely sea view” We had a lovely week with super weather. The accomadation was what we expected, the beds were comfortable,more then enough crockery and cutlery. Could of done with a bit more cupboard space in the kitchen for grocerys. Bit of a damp smell but I think cant do much about it,I would think allthe properties are not so good insulated. More lights going up the outside steps would be a good improvement for all owners and guests. apart from the few things we wouldcome again

“Absolutely Awesome!!” This place is absolutely fantastic! From the moment you walk through the door, it's easy to see the entire place has been renovated to an extremely high level. The décor was so quirky and it had such a cool vibe. It was also a lot bigger than I expected. The bedrooms are of a good size, with the ensuite bathrooms uber luxurious. I had two of the best nights sleep of my life there as the beds were incredible! Everywhere was also absolutely spotless too. If you think the pictures on the website make it look good, it is even better when you get there. The staff I spoke with were so helpful, from initial booking of the rental, to checking in and explaining all of the equipment, to making sure we had all the essentials in the kitchen stocked up, just things like milk, pasta, bread, tea, coffee, dishwasher tablets etc. They had really thought of everything and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal, literally only a few steps from the beach. It's only a few minutes walk into the town where there are a few shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, everything you'd need for a few days by the sea. I travelled with 5 friends as part of a surprise birthday weekend away, and it was absolutely ideal. I can not recommend this place enough to host a party or an event of any kind. Equally, it would suit families wanting a week holiday in the UK, and with the sun room, it doesn't even matter if it's raining outside!

“All you could ask for” The whole family agreed that this was one of the best holidays we'd had; the Villa was well equipped,the pool provided something to do on the odd occasion it rained and the site was ideally placed for days out. The counties of Norfolk and Suffolk have so much to see and do we were never stuck for something to do or somewhere to go, hoping we can get a booking for next year.

“Lovely place.” What a lovely place. Everything you needed was at the chalet. Lovely duvets and pillows and towels in the bathroom. Very modern. Very close to beach. Would definitely go again. Owner very helpful when i rung her with a problem
