“Holly Cottage” We had a lovely stay in Holly Cottage. Comfortable and clean cottage with well equipped kitchen. Lovely to get some welcome goodies in the fridge too! Good base for walking on the Cleveland Way and handy for the North York Moors National Park too.

“Brilliant Family Holiday” We have a brilliant summer holiday. The cottage was in a fantastic location, short walk to the beach, lovely views over the harbour and short stroll to shops, cafes and pubs. “Wonderful location” This was the perfect cottage for our family Christmas . The peaceful woodland setting meant those with busy London jobs could sleep well, and the family space ( large sitting room with log fire and three sofas , plus large kitchen ) gave us plenty of options to be together or find a quiet spot to read . The TV room with reclining chairs was an added bonus . Glorious walks ( and runs ) from the door , great pubs nearby and the wonderful Cowdray Farm Shop just ten minutes away . Alex responded to my calls for help or extra supplies within minutes , even on Christmas morning when I was baffled by the Rangemaster cooker . Overall , an excellent choice for a family or group get- together .

“Perfectly Beautiful holiday” Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful from the start; arranging check in times and organising the house to our needs. The house was a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach and in a quiet area. We were so impressed with the house, it was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed. Sandra had left a folder with lots of info and contact numbers in which was very useful. The kids loved the chest full of toys and games and Buntys shed full of buckets and spades and deck chairs! We had a wonderful stay and will definatley be booking again, Thank you.

“A lovely pet frendly cottage in a peaceful location, close to the beach & Shops” What a lovely cottage this is, We've found a real gem here. We arrived on a cold windy day and the cottage was nice and warm upon arrival. It had everything we needed and just a short 5 minute stroll to the beach and shops. We visited nearby Skegness and had 2 wonderful browsing days there as well as a great time visiting local villages and the lovely towns of Sutton on sea and Mablethorpe, all within 30mins drive away. All in all, We had a wonderful stay and we certainly be rebooking again for autumn. Thank you

“Perfect location and perfect accommodation” I booked The Old School House for the family to go away and spend time together. The accommodation was perfect for us - we all had our separate room with an en-suite in each room. The living rooms were big enough to fit everyone in and the very large dining room was perfect for family means. The property is located within walking distance of local pubs, shops and a really nice trail/walk. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will be definitely be back

“Sheer luxury” Never been to Cornwall before,what a lovely place for a holiday. There are lots of places to visit. The house was amazing , everything you need and more besides. Ultra modern with spectacular views over the harbour. You don't need television just sit there and take in the stunning views. Would definitely stay there again. SUPERB.

“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE GREAT LOCATION SHORT WALK TO BEACH AND TOWN” We stayed at the house for my daughters wedding in Broadstairs. The house has been beautifully decorated with 3 bathrooms so excellent for sharing. I t also has the benefit of a lovely garden with terrace for meals outside. It has parking for one car but their is ample safe on road parking, at no charge!! It is a few minutes walk to an excellent beach and the town centre with plenty of shops and good restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending Seaview Villa and hope to return
