“Amazing” Ohh wow where do i start!!! From arriving to this perfect location to not wanting to go home everything is just perfect. “Idealic place to stay!” We stayed for a week in this beautifully converted barn with access to swimming pool. The barn has everything you need - we enjoyed no wifi for the peace and quiet from "real life". The barn is tastefully decorated and furnished. The area is quiet with other holiday let cottages in the vicinity. The outdoor pool is a great bonus and was very popular with us open 9-9 every day. Children under 16 need an adult to supervise at the pool as no one supervises the area. Great location to Woolecombe - 5 mins in car. Illfracombe - 10 mins by car. The owner converted the barn themselves - a credit to them. They met us on arrival and left some provisions for us which kept us going until we shopped. Beautiful area, beautiful barn. I'd love to come back. Thank you Kevin. Alison & family.

“Luxury accommodation in a relaxed setting” Holly Farm, horse barn Happisburgh is a great location to relax, with easy access to a wonderful Norfolk coastline and surrounding rural villages. “Perfect escape from it all cottage.” Sat just outside Otterburn within the heart of Northumberland, the Granary is a brilliant base for exploring. Kate the owner has thought of everything you could need and is on hand with hints for places to go. Great views from the upside down layout, including sheep TV! Will definitely return. Can’t wait.

“Cosy Base for exploring the peaks......” Great communication with Helen prior to and on the day of arrival, She's a lovely person and makes you feel very welcome and at home, also arrived to find a very nice breakfast hamper with Tea & Coffee etc also available, a nice thing to do. Chestnut Barn is very clean, cosy and welcoming, with everything you could want whilst away. A great little hide away for exploring the surrounding area (we walked the Monsal Trail starting at Monsal Head) and further into the Peak District. A very nice pub that allows dogs, with also a chip shop in the village (closes at 8pm on a Friday) and an indian restaurant / Take Away a little further up the road. Myself, Sarah & Bailey the goldendoodle really enjoyed our 2 night stay, thank you very much Helen.

“Top Accommodation thoroughly recommend” This is an absolute gem and the only bad thing about it was that we had to leave! Jenny, the owner, is the perfect hostess with great communication and a nice touch of wine, milk and biscuits when we arrived. The location is fabulous, just what we were looking for and is perfectly equipped with everything you need for a short or long break away. The two walk in showers are to die for and the whole place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We will definitely return

“Lovely Hideaway” After a bit of a journey via sat nav we arrived at the property to find we couldn't get in. Somewhere along the line we hadn't received the communication with directions and key access. After tracking Emily down we were all sorted. The house itself is lovely. Really clean spacious and well equipped. As mentioned in other reviews the creaky flooring really is an issue for anyone sleeping in the bedroom below. We had to creep carefully to avoid waking them. It's for this reason that I couldn't give 5 stars. I would like to recommend that it be noted that this property is only suitable for under 3's if you bring your own high chair etc. Other than that it was an enjoyable stay.
