“Really comfy and cosy Lakes cottage” We arrived late on a Friday evening and the cottage was already cosy and warm. The wood burner in the living room was welcome and the freee wood store outside meant that we could keep a lovely fire going. The dining / kitchen was a real social hub for our weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and we would definitely stay again. A very nice cottage

“lovely holiday home” This chalet was the best we have stayed in for many years. it feels like home from home . you get a lovely welcome pack waiting for you . plus milk ECT to make tea or coffee . the chalet is very clean and well cared for I can't think of one negative thing to say as it was Goodfrom start to finish have booked to stay again next year thank you

“If only it had Sky Sports......” I think this was the most relaxing break I've ever had. The accommodation is amazing, loads of space, really comfortable, kitted out brilliantly and very thoughtfully - I could easily live there! It was total peace and tranquillity, lots of walks to go on, a short stroll down the hill to Bodiam Castle and places like Rye and Camber Sands are only 1/2 hour drive. The welcome pack you get from the owners is a great touch, as is the home made sponge cake! Aside from Sky Sports :) - couldn't ask for anything better.

“Perfectly Beautiful holiday” Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful from the start; arranging check in times and organising the house to our needs. The house was a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach and in a quiet area. We were so impressed with the house, it was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed. Sandra had left a folder with lots of info and contact numbers in which was very useful. The kids loved the chest full of toys and games and Buntys shed full of buckets and spades and deck chairs! We had a wonderful stay and will definatley be booking again, Thank you.

“Idealic place to stay!” We stayed for a week in this beautifully converted barn with access to swimming pool. The barn has everything you need - we enjoyed no wifi for the peace and quiet from "real life". The barn is tastefully decorated and furnished. The area is quiet with other holiday let cottages in the vicinity. The outdoor pool is a great bonus and was very popular with us open 9-9 every day. Children under 16 need an adult to supervise at the pool as no one supervises the area. Great location to Woolecombe - 5 mins in car. Illfracombe - 10 mins by car. The owner converted the barn themselves - a credit to them. They met us on arrival and left some provisions for us which kept us going until we shopped. Beautiful area, beautiful barn. “A great place to stay when visiting New Forrest area.” The bungalow is very well equipped and finished to a high standard. Backing onto the Castleman Trailway it is ideal for the type of cycling holiday we wanted, removing the need to go on the busy roads. Moors valley park is great for walking and cycling and being so close we did not need to use the car. Great holiday, highly recommended.
