“Brilliant Family Holiday” We have a brilliant summer holiday. The cottage was in a fantastic location, short walk to the beach, lovely views over the harbour and short stroll to shops, cafes and pubs. The cottage was home from home beautiful couldn’t ask for anything more. We would definitely revisit. Thank you.

“Wonderful location” This was the perfect cottage for our family Christmas . The peaceful woodland setting meant those with busy London jobs could sleep well, and the family space ( large sitting room with log fire and three sofas , plus large kitchen ) gave us plenty of options to be together or find a quiet spot to read . The TV room with reclining chairs was an added bonus . Glorious walks ( and runs ) from the door , great pubs nearby and the wonderful Cowdray Farm Shop just ten minutes away . Alex responded to my calls for help or extra supplies within minutes , even on Christmas morning when I was baffled by the Rangemaster cooker . Overall , an excellent choice for a family or group get- together .

“Modern appartment with lovely sea view” We had a lovely week with super weather. The accomadation was what we expected, the beds were comfortable,more then enough crockery and cutlery. Could of done with a bit more cupboard space in the kitchen for grocerys. Bit of a damp smell but I think cant do much about it,I would think allthe properties are not so good insulated. More lights going up the outside steps would be a good improvement for all owners and guests. apart from the few things we wouldcome again

“wonderful luxury appartment” Great location wonderful warm and clean apartment .Whitby Delight was exactly that sheer delight. We visit Whitby very regularly(4th time this year) we needed somewhere bigger as we with family this stay. .This is definitely the best apartment we have stayed in. “Fantastic house! Amazing place!” Wonderful house to stay for a hen party, there were 8 of us and there was so much room. Each room has an ensuite and the living room has plenty of space for everyone to sit round. Knitted out with lots of technology. Wifi is really good, and although you have to be careful of the noise outside at night inside the house is well sound proofed, so you won't need to worry. The hot tub is great, very clean and there's plenty of room for everyone, also lots of seating outside and the views are amazing!! The kitchen has everything including a nutri bullet and lots of appliances, everything you would need for a party!! Massive fridge and then there's another fridge/freezer in a utility room. Also easy to clean up as there's hard floors and leather sofas so you won't be worrying about spillages during your stay. Everything is very clean, decor is very tasteful and the owners are really lovely and very helpful! When we couldn't connect to the Internet they helped us straight away! Would recommend to anyone to stay here!

“Great stay, in a lovely home!” The house was beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable. The owners Keith and Wendy were very accommodating to our group of 10 and made sure any queries we had were attended to straight away. We needed a few extra plates and it was no trouble to Keith who brought us some over right away. They live close by but they did not intrude or interfere with our stay. Keith recommended us a local pub called The Sun Inn, he even booked us a table for lunch, this was a five minute walk from the house and the food was lovely. The hot tub was clean and well attended to. Not that we needed it being a group of adults, but many of us are mums we noticed that there are (modern and discrete) stair gates at the top and bottom of the staircase. Great for family stays- or stays with pets. We had a great weekend and would recommend the accommodation. Thank you Keith and Wendy for a great stay.
