“Week in West Bay” We had a lovely week in West Bay although the weather was a bit mixed. The apartment was fully equipped to a good standard and had beautiful view of the sea that was very lively so got some excellent shots. The cliffs were amazing. This was an excellent apartment to use as a base for visiting other coastal resorts. Then nice to return and chill out with the sea view. The apartment is really nicely laid out and very clean extra bonus was the seagull chicks born this week on the roof at the end of the block.

“Wonderful location” This was the perfect cottage for our family Christmas . The peaceful woodland setting meant those with busy London jobs could sleep well, and the family space ( large sitting room with log fire and three sofas , plus large kitchen ) gave us plenty of options to be together or find a quiet spot to read . The TV room with reclining chairs was an added bonus . Glorious walks ( and runs ) from the door , great pubs nearby and the wonderful Cowdray Farm Shop just ten minutes away . Alex responded to my calls for help or extra supplies within minutes , even on Christmas morning when I was baffled by the Rangemaster cooker . Overall , an excellent choice for a family or group get- together .

“Modern appartment with lovely sea view” We had a lovely week with super weather. The accomadation was what we expected, the beds were comfortable,more then enough crockery and cutlery. Could of done with a bit more cupboard space in the kitchen for grocerys. Bit of a damp smell but I think cant do much about it,I would think allthe properties are not so good insulated. More lights going up the outside steps would be a good improvement for all owners and guests. apart from the few things we wouldcome again

“A lovely pet frendly cottage in a peaceful location, close to the beach & Shops” What a lovely cottage this is, We've found a real gem here. We arrived on a cold windy day and the cottage was nice and warm upon arrival. It had everything we needed and just a short 5 minute stroll to the beach and shops. We visited nearby Skegness and had 2 wonderful browsing days there as well as a great time visiting local villages and the lovely towns of Sutton on sea and Mablethorpe, all within 30mins drive away. All in all, We had a wonderful stay and we certainly be rebooking again for autumn. Thank you

“BEAUTIFUL HOUSE GREAT LOCATION SHORT WALK TO BEACH AND TOWN” We stayed at the house for my daughters wedding in Broadstairs. The house has been beautifully decorated with 3 bathrooms so excellent for sharing. I t also has the benefit of a lovely garden with terrace for meals outside. It has parking for one car but their is ample safe on road parking, at no charge!! It is a few minutes walk to an excellent beach and the town centre with plenty of shops and good restaurants. I have no hesitation in recommending Seaview Villa and hope to return

“Clean, well maintained, pet friendly lodge in beautiful location.” This is the 3rd lodge we’ve stayed in on this site & by far the best. The owners live in another lodge on the site & are always available to assist with any issues you may have. The large fenced offf decking is ideal for sitting out without having to worry about your dogs wandering off. The lodge is situated on a beautiful,peaceful site that is in easy reach of the south lakes & the Lancashire Canal is only 1 mile away with lovely walks along the tow path.

“Pure bliss” What an amazing place to explore Dartmoor from, One Gidleigh Park has everything one needs for a stay, home from home comforts, wood burning fires for those chilly nights, plenty of space to roam around without feeling couped up on rainy days along with the most beautiful gardens and woodland to wander around. “Perfect, well appointed, modern yet cosy lodge.” Just returned from a 3 night stay for my 50th Birthday. The lodge was easy to find from the emailed instructions, The park lies almost exactly between Alnwick and Morpeth. The park itself is small enough to feel local but big enough to have a nice walk round. The park has a small clubhouse which serves food and drinks - we had breakfast there before setting off home and it was good quality and fair price. The lodge itself is very nice, high quality furniture and fittings, big screen TV with full (movies and sports ) sky package. Freeview flatscreens in the bedrooms too. We also made use of the built in bluetooth speaker system which I connected my Ipad to for spotify. As others have mentioned the hottub is great - already set up at the correct temp before we arrived. Mel met us to check everything was in order and said to contact her directly if we needed anything. We loved the area taking our dog out during the day to explore with a bit of shopping in Morpeth for my wife thrown in too ! If you dont want to use the clubhouse then everything in the evenings will mean driving - I didnt want to do that so we ate lunch out and cooked at night and spent time in the hottub then with a movie or the football later on. For us it was perfect - we really enjoyed the break, we felt the price was more than fair considering the high class lodge and all the extras thrown in - the welcome pack was indeed very welcome. we will be back at either this lodge or one of the other 2 on the same park owned by the same family.

“Brilliant choice, fantastic view and superb accommodation.” The apartment was modern, finished to a high standard and tastefully decorated. The view was breathtaking with large windows overlooking the sea -there were even binoculars to use in order to track passing ships. The beach was only metres away and restaurants were very close. Our aim was to visit Beamish which was a short drive away. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we would definitely consider using it again. We didn't want to leave!

“Wow, excellent lodge” This lodge is really home from home, excellent location very private and 1st class thorougout very well equipped, 2 fishing pegs, Hot tub went down a treat, went as a family of 6 adults 1 small child, plenty of room, Ray always on hand if you needed anything but this place is 1st class he wasn't needed, we already booked for next year as none of us wanted to leave .
