“Perfect for our family!” Bright, spacious, beautifully renovated cottage. We were a group of 7 -- two grandparents, two tiny grandchildren, our two adult daughters and son-in-law. We had space and privacy, a comfortable living room and a fabulous kitchen. The owners were just lovely and always available for questions -- and even to show the grandchildren the hens and pigs! We could not have been more delighted.

“Perfectly Beautiful holiday” Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful from the start; arranging check in times and organising the house to our needs. The house was a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach and in a quiet area. We were so impressed with the house, it was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed. Sandra had left a folder with lots of info and contact numbers in which was very useful. The kids loved the chest full of toys and games and Buntys shed full of buckets and spades and deck chairs! We had a wonderful stay and will definatley be booking again, Thank you.

“Lovely accomodation, very close to a beautiful beach.” Beautiful accommodation, everything we needed for a relaxing few days away. The beach at Bacton was a real surprise, from the dramatic high tides, to the spacious clean beaches at low tides. We spent time in Sheringham, Wroxham and Wells, apart from that it was just a real joy to relax in the comfortable accommodation. Will definitely return.

“Stunning views from a beautiful home” We have just returned from a week at Seascape and we had an amazing time, we were a family party of 10 people ranging in age from 60yrs to 8weeks!! The views from the deck were amazing, a real selling point. The house is light and airy and was impeccably clean on arrival and the owner communicated a few times to check all was ok. There is lots of space to park on the drive, the bedrooms are all excellent size with modern bathrooms and powerful showers, the living area is open plan with a good size lounge area, large dinning table and big kitchen that comes equipped with all you could need. There is plenty of comfortable outside furniture and a large bbq and a pizza oven. It is about a 20min walk into Woolacombe away from the main road, or less than 5 minute car ride to the beach carpark. We highly recommend the house and would certainly book again.

“Glass house cottage” Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, house was very clean, modern and homely. All appliances that you would ever need. Excellent location within 2 minutes walk to the beach and coastal walks. Enjoyed it so much that we have are planning to return next year.

“Our stay at Seamoor House” Excellent house for a large family reunion. Every bedroom en-suite, good facilities, 3 rooms and large kitchen downstairs (plus children’s playhouse in garden) made sure everyone had space to enjoy themselves. Great location, minutes from the beach, also a short drive to the moors for amazing walks.

“Durham House” Group of 6 adults and 6 older teenagers stayed in Durham House over the Easter weekend. Couldn't fault it, we had a fantastic time. There was ample space for everyone and the property was very clean. Six large, nicely decorated spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage space and TVs in each. Ensuites and bathroom modern and clean. Fully equipped kitchen with more than enough cupboard space, crockery and utensils for a large group. The 2 dishwashers came in very handy! Dining room was big and the table was huge so we could all eat together. The living room was very comfy and spacious and we liked that the bifold doors opened up to the garden area where we could sit outside. Games room was a definite hit with the kids and it was great that we had our own private car park. The bar area was great we had lots of fun in there. The owner Neil was really nice and friendly, he made sure everything was ok for us in the house, and recommended things to do in the area. He even gave us some discount vouchers for Beamish Museum! The location was excellent only 30 mins to Durham and the village itself was very pretty and had all the local shops you needed. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

“A real home from home” Our stay at Garden Cottage was very enjoyable. It has everything you need and is extremely cosy and welcoming especially when you return from a long day exploring the lovely Suffolk coast line. “Otters Lodge pleasant stay” Otters Lodge is a lovely place to stay, from the moment you walk through the door you are enchanted the rooms that are decorated and furnished exquisitely. the nights were not cold but we did find the Lodge cozy and warm, I would recommend this accommodation to friends and relatives, if they were to be traveling this area. “If only it had Sky Sports......” I think this was the most relaxing break I've ever had. The accommodation is amazing, loads of space, really comfortable, kitted out brilliantly and very thoughtfully - I could easily live there! It was total peace and tranquillity, lots of walks to go on, a short stroll down the hill to Bodiam Castle and places like Rye and Camber Sands are only 1/2 hour drive. The welcome pack you get from the owners is a great touch, as is the home made sponge cake! Aside from Sky Sports :) - couldn't ask for anything better.
