“Perfectly Beautiful holiday” Sandra was extremely friendly and helpful from the start; arranging check in times and organising the house to our needs. The house was a few minutes walk from the shops and the beach and in a quiet area. We were so impressed with the house, it was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy and all the amenities we needed. Sandra had left a folder with lots of info and contact numbers in which was very useful. The kids loved the chest full of toys and games and Buntys shed full of buckets and spades and deck chairs! We had a wonderful stay and will definatley be booking again, Thank you.

“Lovely cottage for 2/3 persons” We had a lovely stay here and our host Angela was very welcoming. Beautiful location and beach easy to reach. The cottage was very pretty and we'd recommend for a small family or couple. Well located for Great Yarmouth also. Quayside plaza best lunchtime venue we came across in GY. Book in advance for anywhere decent you wish to visit at peak times. We realised north Norfolk is a trek so visits to Wells and Holkham from Caister around 1hr 20 mins; both great places to visit but again at peak times book in advance for restaurants etc. Norwich very close about 30 mins in car and lots to do and see.

“Wow, excellent lodge” This lodge is really home from home, excellent location very private and 1st class thorougout very well equipped, 2 fishing pegs, Hot tub went down a treat, went as a family of 6 adults 1 small child, plenty of room, Ray always on hand if you needed anything but this place is 1st class he wasn't needed, we already booked for next year as none of us wanted to leave .

“Perfect little weekend away” Springlake was such a fantastic little getaway, everything we was looking for and more! Lynne and Lester are so kind and welcoming and put so much effort in to making sure our stay was enjoyable. The facilities and accommodation were great and we’re perfect for our little family. “Perfect for quiet break away from it all.” What a lovely few days we have spent at Acorn Lodge celebrating our 28th Wedding Anniversary. The lodge is fully equipped and very clean (very important during these Covid times) and has everything you could need included in the rental cost. The lodge is well situated for travelling across North Norfolk and a visit to Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is a must. The host Angie is very welcoming with a supply of freshly laid eggs and is very descrete, but there if you need her. It is so discreet that the SATNAV took us past the entrance before we realised we were there. This is a small price to pay however for such a lovely Lodge. Look out for a sign saying "The Retreats" not Acorn Lodge. 10/10.
