“Amazing House in a Dream Location” We have stayed at this property a number of times and have always had a great holiday. The house is always very clean, fabulously decorated and has great views overlooking the lough. You have the Nick Faldo golf course on your doorstep and the 5* Lough Erne golf hotel complete with spa facilities. We have a young family so the kids toys that are left there are a real bonus. My advice stay there and have a great holiday!!!

“Just what we needed!” Where to begin! From the moment of booking until the day before we arrived at Derrydoon, Mary was more than helpful. With emails to phone calls to check we had everything we needed and directions that you couldn’t fault (brought us right to the gate with no wrong turns!) The bungalow is fantastic, we arrived mid afternoon to a beautiful clean home & a wonderful welcome pack; we immediately felt so at home! Very spacious and comfy with all mod cons you would hope for. With having our three boys with us, there was plenty of room for them to run/crawl about and places to hide!! They especially enjoyed getting out the back to play & the very dark evenings came in handy for their glow sticks! The setting was breath taking, looking out each morning at the swans on the lake was just so peaceful and relaxing. We had a fab week, with visits to Crom Castle, castle coole and a memorable trip to Florence Court. Thanks Mary for a fab home to stay in & for your hard work in keeping it so homely.

“Fabulous house, fabulous county” My husband and I had a lovely week-long stay in this house. Friends came and stayed with us for the weekend and they too were blown over by the high standard of the house and the beauty of the surroundings. We we were all sorry to leave and wished our stay had been longer. It had been such a restful and peaceful break for all of us more used to the hustle and bustle of London.

“Perfect for family fun by the lake!” Just returned from an amazing week at this apartment. Gary and Dora are excellent hosts and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at their apartment. The location is brilliant for both Lough Erne and Enniskillen. Couldn't recommend this apartment highly enough.

“Perfect House in a Perfect Location” My family and I have just returned from three nights at the Gate Lodge. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in what is a very well presented and perfectly located holiday house. The house is so clean and well equipped, with beautiful furniture and luxurious finishes - everything that you would expect from a five star rated property. The bedrooms have really comfortable beds with lovely bed linen and the ensuite bathrooms are excellent. We loved relaxing in the beautiful living room and cooking in the kitchen was so easy because it is kitted out with everything you need. We made use of the golf courses on the site and also the hotel swimming pool which is a short walk up the drive. The hotel lounges are very relaxing and we had coffee up there a few times and used the wifi while we were chilling out! From my first contact with Susan, the owner, everything was booked so efficiently and in a really friendly manner. Susan responded to any queries so quickly and also provided a wide range of suggestions for activities etc that we could do when in Lough Erne. We went to Cafe Merlot for dinner on Susan's recommendation and had excellent food in a great restaurant! I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a special place to go with family and Susan is an absolute pleasure to deal with - so professional.
