“Lovely Bay Apartment” We thoroughly enjoyed our three night break at Little Bay Apartment. It's in a great location for enjoying Oban, particularly for the ferry terminal. The decor and cleanliness were impeccable while the owners Jane & Kevin could not have been more helpful in responding to queries prior to our arrival. The little extra touches such as biscuits, snacks, DVDs and books made it a real home from home. We wouldn't hesitate to go back and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a visit to the area.

“Fantastic holiday cottage was beautiful clean and well equipped. Lovely surrounding areas with views to die for.” Stayed in Oban plenty places to visit.Trips over to Iona and Tobermory were well worth a visit. Oban Distillery was really interesting visited Fort William to the Caledonian Canal. Over to Seal Hollow Mountain Castles Gardens and various other attractions. Definitely worth trying the seafood at the Seafood Shack on the Quay Lobsters Mussels and Scallops were delicious.

“A great house in a great setting.” Grandparents, parents and 3 young children all had a fantastic holiday. The house was very comfortable with lots of room for the children to play and relaxing space for the adults. We loved eating in the dining room with its scenic views and also the landing room and balcony - it was a joy to watch the ever changing weather patterns especially with a glass of wine in the evening! The children enjoyed the garden and the walks to the jetty for exploring.the loch shore and deer watching in the evening. We were all able to explore the are - running, walking, sightseeing - a very beautiful area.

“A beautifully renovated barn in the remote glens of West Scotland. Idyllic.” If you're looking for a remote and peaceful place to stay surrounded by beautiful hills then Ballibrad is it. A few minutes drive up a track (and, as advertised, a very rough track!) the barn comes into view and it is truly stunning. Not another building in sight for 360 degrees. The barn has been stylishly renovated and the open plan kitchen/living room gives it a large, spacious feel. The wooden ceiling (hosting a disco ball!) is beautiful and the wood burner was easy to use and very effective. The best thing about Ballibrad, however, is the view from the enormous window - even in bad weather it was fantastic and a great thing to see first thing from the mezzanine bedroom. The bathroom is large and modern with an excellent shower. As dog owners, we loved being able to let the dog out to roam as the barn is fully enclosed and safe. I thoroughly recommend a trip to Ballibrad.

“Wonderful House, Fabulous Location” Having stayed at Balinakill with friends, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It has all the character you would want - from wood panelling, open fires, and its own bar, to state of the art kitchen and entertainment facilities. Despite its size and scale it is comfortable, warm and cheery whatever the weather, and a great place to return to after a bracing walk to the nearby deserted beach. Distractions can be found in Tarbert, a short drive away, but the real attraction is the house itsself.

“Amazing!” I'm just back from my hen weekend which we had in this cabin, it was amazing I couldn't have asked for a better weekend away. The locals were lovely, the wee cafe on site made the best lunch, and the local bar 'social club' was so welcoming! The bar man was excellent and I'm impressed with how well he coped with 7 crazy girls on a hen! John the owner of the cabin was brand new, the snow began to fall while we were out at the social club and gave us a lift back to the cabin. The cabin it's self was maintained very well and so cosy, view of the loch gives it that nice touch espeically when in the hot tub! Was so sad to leave, but I will definitely be back after my wedding! Best weekend away thank you John and bar man Martin! 5 stars for this lovely little village *****

“Freedom” This is my third stay at the cottage and every time I've felt completely refreshed and ready to go on return. Thanks so much for such a great break, again; a real get away from it all, detune and relax. It’s a very romantic rustic cottage; wonderful in the evening with the candles and oil lamps and fires. The freedom of space and silence was marvellous, and scenery and views breathtaking, we even had quite a bit of winter sun too! The stove is a marvel and works very easily, unbeatable at night. We managed most of the recommended walks and hidden beaches and went out and enjoyed some lovely food too. Will be back again and probably again and will recommend to friends and family. A great place to think and write and play music and recover. Every time we go it seems to get better :-)

“Family holiday” This is the 3rd time we have been to Atlantic bay cottage. We always have a great time here visiting the Isle of Mull, Luing, Easdale, Oban and Glencoe. The cottage is spacious and has a beautiful view of the sea. Our children enjoys exploring the rock pools and playing cricket in the garden. A fab family holiday.

“Lovely place for a quiet holiday” Enjoyed our stay at Snug. Took awhile to find it maybe they should say it is up the lane next to the Bowling Green as the the name of the lane is now missing. Only thing missing was a pint glass which we purchased from a Charity Shop and left for the benefit of others. Had great holiday enjoyed our walks to the local pub (about a mile) but was worth it for the welcome and excellent food espically at the Villagers Royal.

“Christmas at Fourwinds” We are a family of 8 that enjoyed a wonderful christmas at Fourwinds. The cottage was clean, airy and very spacious with a kitchen table that easily seated us all. The local area provides all you would need in terms of a friendly pub, a fully stocked convenience store and a post office all within walking distance it even has a golf course! The whole area is beautiful with views that are breathtaking and the beach that is located minutes away by car is stunning. We will definately be returning.

“Hard to imagine a more idyllic holiday setting” We have just spent two weeks (September 2014) at Ambrisbeg Cottage. We have lost count of our visits - must be 7 or 8 by now, and in all seasons. This surely bears testament to our sense of satisfaction with the property, its setting, and not least our hosts, Cathy and Robert, who are ever helpful and obliging.
