Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Peace and quiet guaranteed” We stayed at keepers cottage in early June our party consisted of myself, my wife, my mother who is in her eighties and our two year old border collie. The cottage is one of five barn conversions and has been beautifully done to a high standard. The cottages are located on a former farm in a vey quiet area near Amroth. Very beautiful area and very peaceful. The owners are a young family who are very friendly and helpful. There are also no shortage of places to walk the dog. Highly recommend it.
“Can't wait to come back” Great accommodation with really friendly welcome from owners. Spacious property, clean, tidy in a glorious location. Loved local beaches (avoid Pendine). Tenby was lovely place. Highlight was horse riding at very nearby Marros riding centre.
“QUALITY, COMFORT and SO PEACEFUL” Have stayed in many self-catering locations and premises over my 82 years, but this one comes 'top of the list'. A quiet farm, tucked away in the hills close to the sea, and easy access top so much to do - these four converted barns meet every expectation. Thoughtful owners seem to have ensured that just about anything one might need is provided, and the welcoming cakes and milk were much appreciated.
Our stay was out of season, intentionally so, and the opportunity to lounge and read, stroll, or explore the area fully put to the test. Flat screen television with good reception, mobile phones connecting every time, and no one interfering with how we wanted our stay to unfold. The highest accolade - we want to return sooner rather than later.
