“Can't wait to come back” Great accommodation with really friendly welcome from owners. Spacious property, clean, tidy in a glorious location. Loved local beaches (avoid Pendine). Tenby was lovely place. Highlight was horse riding at very nearby Marros riding centre.
“Peace and quiet guaranteed” We stayed at keepers cottage in early June our party consisted of myself, my wife, my mother who is in her eighties and our two year old border collie. The cottage is one of five barn conversions and has been beautifully done to a high standard. The cottages are located on a former farm in a vey quiet area near Amroth. Very beautiful area and very peaceful. The owners are a young family who are very friendly and helpful. There are also no shortage of places to walk the dog. Highly recommend it.
“QUALITY, COMFORT and SO PEACEFUL” Have stayed in many self-catering locations and premises over my 82 years, but this one comes 'top of the list'. A quiet farm, tucked away in the hills close to the sea, and easy access top so much to do - these four converted barns meet every expectation. Thoughtful owners seem to have ensured that just about anything one might need is provided, and the welcoming cakes and milk were much appreciated.
Our stay was out of season, intentionally so, and the opportunity to lounge and read, stroll, or explore the area fully put to the test. Flat screen television with good reception, mobile phones connecting every time, and no one interfering with how we wanted our stay to unfold. The highest accolade - we want to return sooner rather than later.
The Nook - COASTAL WOOD HOLIDAYS - Near beaches, Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby
Simply The Best
A warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean & well equipped cottage even down to dog bowls being provided! Delightful personal touches abound with flowers & local cakes on the table & milk in the fridge for our arrival. The bathroom toiletries were definitely 5 star! Very comfortable bed but some, especially older folk, would find the beams difficult to negotiate!Lovely spot with good walks on the doorstep. We found the whole area extremely dog friendly. Lots of great beaches which allow dogs except from May-September. Many of the hostelries allow dogs also. The welcome pack was extremely comprehensive listing places to visit etc. The farm shop was an asset. The owners, Lee & Abi, are delightful. Good luck for the future. …

The Granary Barn - COASTAL WOOD HOLIDAYS - Nr beaches, Amroth, Pendine & Tenby
A mind resting family holiday with no worries provided by impeccable hosts.
From spotting the welcoming Coastal Wood Holiday direction signs, to being welcomed by Abi and Lee, and then stepping through the door to our cottage to find home made Bara brith and welsh cakes with a welcome note, complimentary fresh milk and water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and flavoured teas'. The Granary Barn cottage is very welcoming, tastefully refurbished, retaining the beams and lintels, opening roof lights provide lots of natural light (and stargazing while nodding off in comfy beds), powerful shower, plenty of hot water and heating at turn of a radiator valve, comfortable suite (first in got the lounger), shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the two bathrooms, towels for guests and beds made up, lots of thought has been put into giving you a relaxed holiday. Being off the main road provides peace to sit, read and eat at the tables at your door, a lovely play area for children and where adults can also sit, fields to explore and play on the tree swing. The Diddy little and store is wonderful, buckets, spades, wellies for the beach and exploring, local produce, ice cream, snacks and meals to purchase via honesty payment. The two pubs we had meals (The New Inn and The Smugglers) were child friendly and reasonable....I think/know this is a great holiday retreat with great beaches nearby, so much so that we all rebooked for next as soon as we arrived home, we're all looking forward to two weeks stay in 2016. ....p.s. even our neighbours have booked a holiday cottage at Coastal Wood. …
Buttercup Pitch - COASTAL WOOD CAMPING
Fantastic camp - everything has been laid on
This is a great campsite and went beyond my expectations. Its not an ordinary campsite but is a small and intimate location in which to have a great camping experience. There is no need to be hanging around with the bank holiday crowds this was a location when you can build your own adventures backed up by great facilities. Lee is a bundle of energy and enthusiasm and thoroughly enjoys hosting his guests. The thought and creativity that has gone into this place is evident in all the exceptional touches in the site and his hard work shows up in the shower and washing up block which he built himself. …
