“Family holiday in sunny Bridlington” Chalet 103 was excellent. Everything you need for a relaxing family holiday. The chalet has an enclosed decking area, that is not only a amazing suntrap, but perfect to know your dog and kids can play safely. The chalet was immaculate and is located so close to the beach. Can't wait to go back again.

“Perfect chalet” Booked this chalet through Holiday leggings, Absolutely lovely little place, had everything you could possibly need in it! Clean, spacious and very comfortable, chalet park was quiet and very well maintained, perfect location, 10 minutes walk from the town down the coastal path, Communication from the owners was outstanding and they could not have been more helpful even getting in touch while we were there to make sure we were ok, and if there were any problems, I will definitely visit and stay here again, Thankyou Vaughan and Caroline

“Lovely chalet in peaceful surroundings with a sea view and the dog loved it too.” The chalet is sufficiently isolated by the 36 step climb to reach it that peace and quiet reigned. A lovely sea view to wake up to and the facilities, in the chalet, were great. The only thing was, it would have benefited from a frying pan for breakfast time. The children and the dog loved the location . I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

“Great” Gilli so thoughtful, great little chalet, with everything you could possibly need on holiday, tea,coffee milk and sugar were there waiting when we arrived, iron, ironing board, games, books and dvds all there if needed.Will definitely book through gilli again if I want to stay in the area. “A great place to stay!” We only stayed one night, as we popped over to the island, but we had a lovely time. The accommodation was perfect - well situated, warm and comfortable. The beds were particularly good and we were made to feel very much at home. The house is very well equipped and was extremely clean. We'll certainly be back, but this time, for longer!

Very clear instructions and friendly messages from Hayley - all went smoothly with settling in and leaving. Price a little high but that's always the way during school summer holidays and compared well to other local accommodation...

“The chalet was beautiful and clean ..lovely powershower and the price was excellent...” We had a wonderful time ..the chalet had everything you could need the beach wasn't far to walk to and the sight itself had everything you need including WiFi in the clubhouse...it was pet friendly too which was excellent for our needs ...Aileen is a friendly helpfully lady who really goes out of her way to help you have a good break...

“Wedding/ family break” This place has some of the best views of the sea I've ever seen... every night we sat outside staring out to sea with a glass of wine!! We booked before my wife fell pregnant so at 6 months pregnant the hill was a bit of a struggle but fun at the same time... we loved the cliff walk to the beach and the cafe done lovely food... easy drive to many beautiful towns and villages and great for walks... loads of facilities in the chalet like BBQ nice sun loungers( we got extremely tanned on the terrace) and BBQ'D most nights on the lower level... kids loved it too highly recommend we loved it and fell in love with Cornwall too

“home from home” stayed in Spanish villas with my 2 children late July and despite the weather we had a truly fantastic time . the villa itself has everything you need and much much more.. it's cosy comfortable and spacious , the outside area is a small wrap around garden that captures the sun from very way morning till night time . it's gate and safe the location setting is within fantastic wooded grounds leaving super walks within the area ... penstowe is ideal for exploring both Devon and Cornwall being right on the border to both and we did explore due the the miserable weather. there are beautiful beaches within a 5 min drive or go a little further (15 min) and the beaches are breathtaking ... loved to sit and watch the surfers at night .. thank you for a lovely holiday will definitely be returning

“Lovely chalet, clean and homely for Easter break” Great base for visiting Great Yarmouth and Hemsby, both within easy reach. Chalet had everything you need for your stay, nice touches like tea/coffee etc on arrival,very comfortable. Site nice and clean,good facilities and evening entertainment good. We only stayed for Easter weekend, Thursday to Sunday, but would be ideal for weeks holiday. Will be recommending to others and would return again as owner very accommodating for particular days/dates. Finished our holiday with a boat trip on the Norfolk Broads which again were in easy reach of chalet. Thank you Blyth

“Lovely chalet” We stayed at Phil's chalet for 1 night and it was perfect. We would consider for a longer stay. The chalet had everything you need (except linen but we knew that well in advance). Very good value for money. Communication with Phil was very good. The chalet is walking distance from Sandown.
