“Lovely stay” The location is beautiful, the lodge has everything you need. Just need to make sure you bring your food and drinks as the nearest supermarket is a bit of a distance away. It is compact and cosy!

“Lovely Bay Apartment” We thoroughly enjoyed our three night break at Little Bay Apartment. It's in a great location for enjoying Oban, particularly for the ferry terminal. The decor and cleanliness were impeccable while the owners Jane & Kevin could not have been more helpful in responding to queries prior to our arrival. The little extra touches such as biscuits, snacks, DVDs and books made it a real home from home. We wouldn't hesitate to go back and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a visit to the area.

“Fantastic House, good location and perfect peace and quiet” Stayed at Tigh Ban Lek for a few days as a short break to get away from things. It was great. The house had everything we needed and was in a great setting - the views are just amazing and it was so quiet. Travelled a fair amount in Scotland and this was one of the best places we've ever stayed, definitely highly recommended!

“Very beautiful & very comfortable house, stunning views from windows, beach & nearby play park ideal for children.” We spent 4 days in Cragowlet House East & cannot fault a thing. The owners Brain and Nancy have worked so hard to make the house perfect. We had plans to go for away days during our stay but actually appreciated relaxing in the house and garden instead. There is a little beach across the road which was perfect for rock-pooling & skimming with the children. We also tried a little fishing and Brian was kind enough to lend us some fishing gear. There was also a newly furbished childrens' play park nearby you can get to by foot and a gazebo for parents to sit in & enjoy the stunning views while the children play. We hope to stay again soon as we would definately go back to Cragowlet.

“Thoughtfully modernised to be very comfortable.” One of the most comfortable holiday cottages we have ever stayed in, and certainly the best equipped. It is clear that a lot of thought has gone into making it so comfortable. It is a great location for just putting your boots on and walking out the door. We walked along the shore from Cuan to Easdale and on up the hill for fantastic views of Mull. We also caught the ferry to Luing and spent a say exploring the island. A little further afield Kerrera and the gardens at Arduaine were also highlights.

“Wonderful House, Fabulous Location” Having stayed at Balinakill with friends, I couldn't recommend it highly enough. It has all the character you would want - from wood panelling, open fires, and its own bar, to state of the art kitchen and entertainment facilities. Despite its size and scale it is comfortable, warm and cheery whatever the weather, and a great place to return to after a bracing walk to the nearby deserted beach. Distractions can be found in Tarbert, a short drive away, but the real attraction is the house itsself.

“Excellent quite retreat” Very well presented house with a lovely garden down to the river, situated on a very quite road amongst a few houses. Everything seems to have been thought of from treats and tick removers for your dog to a gift of wine and shortbread for the humans. Dalmally itself is very quiet, not an awful lot going on so getting out and about is a must. Visited Kilchurn Castle and St Conan’s Kirk and had a lovely meal in Samphire Restaurant in Inveraray and The Ben Cruachan Inn at Loch Awe.
