“Short break” We had a lovely few days cottage very comfortable everything there you needed just a short walk to shops and train station and lovely walk along the bure valley railway. Lots of wildlife in your doorstep and it was great to feed the swans highly recommend to stay there.

“Excellent cottage and surroundings” The broads is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay, looking out over the water in a quiet area away slightly from the boats on the river, my husband loved the fishing, we are fairly local and have our own boat moored at potter heigham and with permission from the owner we were able to moor this right outside the cottage. A day boat would be great for people staying in the cottage as it is wonderful to see the wildlife and is so peaceful a slow moving escape for many people's busy lives. The cottage was very clean and was so well equipped it may me feel like I was at home, I can't think of a single thing that wasn't there.

“Great holiday” A great place to stay, the holiday home was lovely the owners are lovely,it's a shame about the blue fence that's been erected by the new owners of boat business, but didn't spoil the holiday its a shame for owners Wendy and Paul, who are really nice. Roys department and food Hall, just around the corner, meets all your needs, central for visiting places, a great holiday had by all my family

“Perfect location” Great location close to the centre of Wroxham. Comfortable cottage on the river where you can watch the boats and wildlife from the front and rear of the property. Short walk to the shops and eating places with boat hire and boat trips close by. A nice lawned area to the front and car parking to the rear. The only downside was the shower. To be fair we were warned that the shower was small but the water pressure was poor upstairs which also affected the shower.

“Peaceful, relaxing home from home.” Kareela is a perfect, peaceful get away. Our party, consisting of two families with teenagers, grandma and 2 dogs, all enjoyed staying in this lovely well appointed house. The garden is great for relaxing by the river and secure so the dogs could run around. It is open to the river which may be an issue for those with small children, but we loved it. The house is just half an hour from Norfolk's gorgeous sandy beaches with a short stroll through woodland and fields (NB. there are a couple of stiles) to the small village of Coltishall - perfect for an evening drink in the pubs by the river. There are shops and restaurants/takeaways 5 minutes drive in Wroxham. The driveway is a little steep but I had no problems with it.
