It houses nine bedrooms, sleeping 22 in total, comprising of a family bedroom with double bed and twin beds, and en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, basin and WC, a king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a family bedroom with double bed and a single bed (truckle bed available on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a family bedroom with double bed and a single bed (truckle bed available on request) with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath, basin and WC, a double bed with en-suite bathroom with shower over, basin and WC, a king-size bed (zip/link beds, can be made into twins on request), with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a double with en-suite shower, basin and WC and a twin (zip/link beds, can be made into a king-size bed on request), with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside, you will find a hot tub, a fire pit, a courtyard garden, surf racks, a surf shower, a decked area with furniture and off-road parking for 10 cars. Blue Bay Beach House is a superb base for a family and friends gathering to this part of Cornwall.

Decked area with chairs, tables and barbecue, fire pit, hot tub, surf racks and heated surf shower. Electric car charging point. Three well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop and pub within 0.9 miles. Beach 400 metre's walk. Note: Dining packages are available at additional cost which include seafood BBQ's, fully catered sit down meals and ready meals to heat up, please contact the owner's for more information. Note: The balcony from the bedroom will be enclosed by the time of the stay. Note: Housekeeping available at additional cost. Note: The owner's live discreetly and separately at the rear of the car park. Note: Thursday changeover day for 7 night bookings in August and October half term 2019 and July and August 2020.

Here you will also find the Scarlet Hotel, which offers Spa treatments and facilities to non-residents, whilst nearby Watergate Bay is the setting for Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen restaurant. Mawgan Porth has a handful of shops, including a village store and deli, and a farm shop selling locally sourced produce.
