A newly listed holiday rental, located in the very heart of the Cotswolds.

The traditional Cotswold stone property is centrally located in the market town of Stow-on-the-Wold, within a short walk (approximately 2 minutes) of everything Stow has to offer - award-winning restaurants, pubs, takeaways, tea rooms, gift shops and galleries.

Excellent base for exploring the beautiful nearby Cotswolds towns and villages e.g. Chipping Campden, Bourton-on-the-Water, Broadway, Moreton-in-Marsh, Burford and Bibury. Not forgetting the breathtaking extensive rolling hills of the Cotswolds for walking, hiking and cycling.

The bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. The family bathroom has a shower above the bath with a glass screen. The well equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine) is on the ground floor alongside a cloakroom. Also on the ground floor is the lounge with a Smart TV and a dining area. Access to the private courtyard is through the lounge, offering a table and seating.

Linen, Towels, Free WiFi, Tea and Coffee are all provided.

Parking is on-street, free and completely unrestricted.

Dogs are welcome - If you are travelling with your dog(s) please let us know.

The house is in great location. Close enough to walk to shops and restaurants, but far enough from busy streets to be quiet and peaceful. Very clean,comfortable and perfect for a couple.

My wife and I booked the house quite late for a four night stay with our six year old Tibetan Terrier Flo. The house is small but has all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect with pubs, restaurants and take aways close by. The house is in a great location for touring the Cotswolds and has walks from Stow to surrounding areas. One improvement would be to have a more powerful shower. That was the only downside and would thoroughly recommend The Little House.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Richard (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
