“Idyllic!” Stayed at the Dovecot with my husband and 1 year old daughter. The property itself is beautiful - full of character and very well furnished. The location too is fantastic, right on a duck pond (safely fenced off for little ones) which my daughter loved. The property is a separate building on the owners farm (far away enough from the main building for privacy) - there are horses on the farm which in the evening came up close to the property (still fenced off though) which was lovely.
We felt very well looked after by the owners - plenty of information on local attractions was provided, and best of all, a home made chocolate cake waiting for us when we arrived! Having forgotten our high chair, the owner lent us her own which was much appreciated.
Location wise - we had a car, which was necessary for what we wanted to do - although I think there were probably plenty of walks in the area. We visited Tewkesbury which was VERY close), Cheltenham, Stow-on-the Wold and Bourton-on-the-Water all very easily from our base.
Would definitely stay here again - and probably for a longer period of time.
“Beautiful property with incredible stunning views” Bushcombe House Farm is a beautiful property in a peaceful location with incredible stunning views, obviously a lot of love and attention to detail has gone into this property and it has everything that you could wish for and truly is a most wonderful place to stay.
The location is within easy reach of all shops and amenities and a short walk uphill to Cleeve Common. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave and we are hoping to return soon. Thank you Peter & Lyn.
“UNRIVALLED” Our group has stayed in this apartment for the Cheltenham races over the last 7 years or so and to a man would never consider staying anywhere else in the Town.It is ideally located for the Town centre and racecourse and has many other local attractions. The apartment is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean and the icing on the cake is the fact that the owners are just about the most hospitable and friendly people we have ever encountered on our travels to the extent that they even invite us up on our last day for a Champagne breakfast. Believe me when i say that this accomodation and its owners will guarantee you a fantastic break.

Cheltenham's history spans back centuries, and has always been a popular tourist spot thanks to the mineral springs that flow here.
The town itself is on the edge of the Cotswolds and is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Many choose to hike and roam through the hills to check out the views. If you go, don't forget your camera as there are plenty of photo-op spots along the trails.
What to Do
There are galleries, theatres and museums throughout the town, so why not visit one? The Wilson is among the most popular.

Light and Bright Modern Cheltenham Home
The house we stayed at was nicely furnished, all beds very comfortable, nice kitchen area with complimentary food which was very nice but unfortunately it was adviertised as having a washing machine, we couldn’t find it but as we didn’t need it not a problem for us but if we were staying longer it could have been. The front door handle and lock broke, Jason was very quick to mend, he was aware that the shower door was also faulty but unfortunately no note to let us know that. …
Coach House (Hawling)
Peace and quiet in the Cotswolds
The Coach House in Hawling was such a peaceful place to stay. Set in the grounds of the Old Rectory (yet with personal seclusion), the outlook was over fields and trees. Total silence and darkness for star gazing at night - the Milky Way was unobscured by light pollution. The cottage itself was full of charm and character, whilst decorated to a high quality. The welcome hamper was a nice touch. Easily accessible to the Slaughters, Winchcombe, Cheltenham, Stow and Bourton on the Water. Would definitely recommend. …
