“Excellent Property, Gorgeous Surroundings, Very Relaxing!” A wonderful 4 Bed roomed house in a lovely serene surrounding. The Spa facilities are immaculate, the swimming pools delicious to swim in even during late October! A wonderful weeks stay was had by all in our party! Including two little ones of 2.5 years old!

“Absolutely wonderful!!!” Ashton House at Lower Mill is a truly wonderful holiday for the extended family. Great property, lovely views, loads of space, really we'll-equipped and brilliant on-campus facilities. We went there as a group of 9 and had wonderful week - able to host family meals and games comfortably every night. Been a long time since I've been on holiday with little/no urge to leave the site. Not that there's 'loads' to do - but tennis, walks, swimming, fishing and chilling was enough for us.

“A wonderful Christmas had by all!” Well equipped house with spacious open plan upstair area with beautiful views. A quiet family friendly complex with plenty to do. Plenty of pretty villages with lovely pubs nearby! Staff at restaurant were very friendly & helpful. Would definitely visit again and would not hesitate to recommend to friends!

“Amazing Luxury Break” An excellent mid week break with the extended family. Booking was effortless and credit to the owners Caroline and Nick for being extremely organised every step of the way. As previous visitors have all said the property is outstanding and the house has been very sensitively kitted out with all the baby equipment you could possibly require. Our son loved playing with the toys and watching the Ducks from the balcony and bedroom window. We are regular visitors to the Lower Mill Estate and love the facilities provided. We were lucky enough on this occasion to spot otters on the lake just before dark. The Art Spa is a real treat although could do with staying open a little later than 5pm in the evening. We also enjoy the tennis courts and children’s playgrounds. We can also recommend for eating out "The Potting Shed" and "The Rectory". I would without hesitation recommend both the house and the estate to other families considering a break in the Cotswold area.

“Beautiful Property in a quiet Cotswolds village” We rented this property for a long weekend as friends of ours were getting married at nearby Cripps Barn in Bibury. The property is absolutely stunning, is spacious yet cosy and has all the equipment you could need. You should be prepared that there is absolutely nothing in the village of Winson, so bring your provisions with you. However, the pre-stay information informed us of this and we had no trouble at all in venturing out to other local villages for food and evening drinks. An absolutely perfect base for a weekend away with a group of friends.

“Enjoyable 60th Birthday Weekend Party at Oak Lodge” We had a very enjoyable family stay at Oak Lodge last weekend. The Lodge was very welcoming and Jamie had arranged for the heating and the hot tub to be switched on prior to our arrival, as promised. Our only difficulty had been finding the Lodge in the dark. The location of the Lodge was superb with tremendous views over the lake from the full height windows. Our only criticisms were, a lack of wardrobe storage in the third bedroom and a shortage of serving dishes and utensils in the dining area.

“Great family holiday, fabulous house in the wonderful setting of Cotswold lakes” Stayed at songthrush for a long weekend with the family, 9 of us in total, 4 generations from 2 to 87 years old, to celebrate my mum's 60th birthday. The house is lovely, modern decoration, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Size was just right, the open plan living space on the ground floor is ideal for a family gathering. Location is great too, peaceful, great views and very close to the spa. Access to the lovely spa was included, the kids loved the swimming pool, and the ladies indulged in the spa treatments. the estate itself is also a great setting, lots of nice walks, a play area for the kids, and there's lots of good pubs nearby serving great food. Bonus was being able to take the dogs to such a nice house, would love to stay again.

“Brilliant Easter Weekend!” The booking, follow up information and customer service was exemplary! I would certainly recommend this holiday. I had planned an Easter Break away with a large number of my family and the Cotswolds Spa Holidays accomodation was just perfect. A lovely modern and high spec 3 storey house with a great view of a lake that housed Swans and ducks. My children loved it! They also loved the indoor and outdoor heated pool at the Spa!. The location was perfect as well and we took the opportunity of visiting some beautiful villages. We are already planning a return trip in the summer!!

“A very comfortable family house in beautiful surroundings” We had a lovely break. The equipment available for families was fantastic and made our trip very easy.Our daughter loved playing with new toys and reading new books too. The weather was chilly but the house stayed very warm. We loved the swimming facilities on site and even had the pool to ourselves at times! A wonderful location that we'd love to visit again.
