Occupying an ideal location just a stones throw from the amenities of St. Just town centre and only a short walk to the glorious countryside of the Penwith peninsula, Grace Cottage is a real home from home. Grace Cottage is the perfect base for exploring the rugged beauty of the far west of Cornwall.

Myself and a Colleague were working on an infrastructure site nearby and needed somewhere for a week, Grace cottage was perfect. Comfortable and clean, we were able to cook for our selves and get a good night sleep. Recommend to anyone. Space for a family, no problem

“Lovely homely cottage”
A lovely cottage in a lovely location. St Just is the perfect location for a base if you wish to visit South Cornwall. The town square is a less than 5 min walk from the cottage, there are lovely pubs, Chinese is good, we also enjoyed the fish and chips. The cottage is homely, spacious, well equipped and very clean. Kindly supplied were tea bags, a pint of milk and a bottle of vino (thank you Mark). The only negative is parking. There is parking outside the cottage however, we did at times find it difficult to find a space, but there is free parking behind the Co-op which was perfect.

“A fantastic week!”
Thank you for our wonderful week in Grace cottage. The cottage is very spacious and convenient to the centre of St Just. The sun shone when we surfed at Sennen cove, ate fish and chips in the square and then had sundowners in the garden! Cape Cornwall is only 15 or 20 minutes walk away and we loved the dramatic and rugged coastline. A wonderful holiday - thank you very much.

- How do damage deposits work?
In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.
If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
