“Typical cornish cottage, realy nice, & cosy”

Reviewed 11 Oct 2014

Cottage is lovely, as we have stayed there before, could do with more channels on television, could do with enforcing, the buses when parked up to turn engines off as they are supposed to.

Owner's reply: Thank you for taking the time to write your review of Crumplehorn Cottage No2 - We are really pleased to hear that you have enjoyed your return trip to the cottage. Following your comment about the little buses, I have today contacted Western National to request that their drivers comply with the parish council signage and turn off their engines when stationary - Thank you so much for alerting me to this. We hope to see you and Mrs McNally again in the future! Kindest regards Victoria.

“My stay”

Reviewed 25 Sep 2014

I stayed in September and really enjoyed it. The cottage was clean and tidy and well situated for all the amenities. Very quiet. Well equipped didn't want for anything. Owner's so friendly. We really enjoyed our holiday. Would definitely stay again.

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your kind review - We really do enjoy running the cottages, and are fortunate to meet lots of lovely people who come to stay with us. We are really pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Crumplehorn Cottage No2, and look forward to hopefully seeing you again soon!

“Outstanding!”

Reviewed 11 Sep 2014

Me and my wife have been coming to Polperro for a few years. We have always booked with Victoria @ crumplehorn Cottages, and also spent our honeymoon here last year, but this is the first time we stayed at this cottage. It was perfect. We could not ask for anything more. The cottage was typical of Cornwall, small and quaint and perfectly located at the top of the village. Very cosy and felt right at home. The best part of the cottage was the seating area outside. A perfect little sun trap which made all of the people queuing at the bus stop very jealous (they were in the shade as well) . We would recommend this cottage to anybody and as for Victoria, she is so welcoming and would do anything to make sure that we have a great stay, even to the extent that she had left us a book of walks around Cornwall as she knows that we liked to walk. We shall be staying again!

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a lovely review of Crumplehorn Cottage No2. We are really happy that you enjoyed your stay, and look forward to seeing you again in the future!
