Lovely bungalow near Perranporth + St Agnes ...... on this lovely Holiday Complex set in lots of gardens and grounds.

The Ideal Central Location in Cornwall -- with so many stunning beaches and attractions.

With communal indoor swimming pool + sauna ...... play area, tennis, .... set in lots of communal gardens and outside space.

LOVELY 3 BEDROOM HOLIDAY PROPERTY ....... decorated with a lovely fun modern seaside theme ...... Open plan lounge / kitchen area .. with dining table + 6 chairs ....... 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms ... and family bathroom ... New heavy resin picnic bench outside so that you can relax in the sunshine. This property is well equipped with everything you could need.

This is the ideal central location in Cornwall, close to Perranporth ..... just a few miles from Newquay, and also just a few miles from Truro ...... there are so many amazing beaches and attractions to visit nearby.

Perranporth is a charming coastal town, with stunning beach, lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes and take away's, ice cream parlours and shops etc ....... everyone loves it here !

This property sleeps 6 ideally ..... with all beds made up for 6 guests ....... we can sometimes arrange for an extra 2 guests to use the sofa bed - if you are happy to bring the extra bedding to use here. Please mention this before booking as this is not always available.

It is very important to check that it is ok to bring a dog before booking. This is not always possible ! There are certain strict conditions when bringing a dog

How do damage deposits work?

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
