FANTASTIC CENTRAL LOCATION -- Close to Perranporth + St Agnes .... and just a few miles from Truro. Newquay is also just a few miles away.

The ideal Holiday Location in Cornwall.

Lovely modern holiday bungalow on this charming holiday complex, set in lots of communal gardens and grounds, ideal to relax and play.

Football area and basketball in the grounds, children play area, indoor swimming pool, tennis, sports bar and restaurant.

PLEASE NOTE : If access to Facilities is required, there is a small extra charge of £5 per guest for facilities Pass --- due before your arrival.

This is a fantastic central location in Cornwall, with so many amazing beaches and attractions to visit nearby. Just a couple of mins drive down to Perranporth beach, and just a few minutes drive to St Agnes, in a charming area of Trevellas.

This property is set on a lovely family friendly holiday site ...... with free seasonal facilities here ....... including indoor swimming pool and sauna, children's play area, tennis, table tennis, bar and restaurant, crazy golf

LOVELY FUN MODERN WELL EQUIPPED PROPERTY ..... fun coastal decor with pictures of local beaches and attractions.

OPEN PLAN LOUNGE / KITCHEN SPACE ---- Lounge area has 2 large sofas, large TV with freeview channels. We leave welcome folder to give lots of ideas and information for days out etc.

KITCHEN -- Well equipped kitchen with oven / hob, fridge freezer, microwave, plenty of utensils, pots pans etc

DOUBLE BEDROOM -- with double bed + bedside drawers, double wardrobe, drawers

This is a lovely area of Cornwall. Perranporth is literally just a short drive down the road. St Agnes is very close, with a charming beach, cafes and restaurants. Families and couples love it here.

Perranporth is a charming coastal town, with amazing beach, great cafes, restaurants, bars and shops, surf school. St Agnes beach is very close.

Award winning attractions nearby, Eden Project is just a few miles away, aswell as Dairyland, Flambards, Fun Parks, St Ives, Waterworld and Skate parks etc.

PLEASE NOTE -- this property sleeps 6 guests, with all beds made up for 6 guests ......... We can sometimes also provide an identical property with sofa bed if needed -- that can be used for an extra 2 guests, You would need to bring the extra bedding to use here ....... the only extra charge would be £39 per extra person .......... This is not always available so please ask about this before booking.

DOGS --- we can accept a booking for 1 dog on some occasions --- my cleaning company does charge for this ........ please let me know if you do wish to bring a dog. We can only accept this at certain times. The charge for 1 dog is £45. ....... it is very important that you check that this is ok before booking. THERE ARE IMPORTANT CONDITIONS WHEN BRINGING A DOG ..... OR we are not insured ---- this is not always possible when we have had new carpets / sofas etc to a property .... and other conditions apply ....... PLEASE contact us before booking if you wish to bring a dog. This is very important ... thank you so much for your understanding

Please Note : We can strictly only accept 1 dog ! Please do not bring a dog without informing us when booking -- or access will have to be denied.

We may have other guests booked after yr stay who have allergies --- so it is vital to inform us if you wish to bring a dog

ALSO ....... this is a family resort. This is ideal for families and couples. We can not accept bookings for groups of young people under 25, unless authorised by the management.

Thank you Donna for your review ...... but what a shame you could not be honest ! I am completely confused by your comments which don't make any sense whatsoever ??? This is a lovely modern bungalow decorated in the lovely seaside theme -- exactly as the pictures show !! I would love to know which photos are not reflective of the property ...... you are just talking utter rubbish .......... Im afraid that in this business, most guests are so lovely and appreciate everything that we do, but there is always the odd guest who just make false comments like this ............ As you can see all other guests reviews have been 4 or 5 Star amazing reviews ........everyone loves this charming little complex where the staff are so friendly ..... We offer amazing value here, you booked a 4 night stay for £115 per person plus booking fee ........ we even let you arrive 1 day early free of charge, AND let you stay until the friday evening instead of checking out at 10am - again free of charge ! We posted free Cornwall brochures in the post for you, we emailed lots of ideas for days out and aerial videos over Cornwall ..... all free of charge ........ On your way to the property you forgot to take the directions, and so we ended up communicating with you up to midnight because we were worried about you getting lost .... we wanted to ensure that you arrived ok as you had forgotten to bring the details ! .......... We did not mind this at all !! ... But what we did mind is after you left we realised that you had damaged and split the brand new coffee table !! You insisted that you had not done it ....... this was just delivered before you arrived so it was very odd ...... but anyway we did not argue and did not charge you at all ...... and after all of this you leave this false review .......... It just shows that there really is no pleasing some people !! It just makes me really sad .......... anyway thanks again, i would be grateful if other guests would see all other reviews ........ Why can't I call Jane (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
