This converted chapel rests in the hamlet of Penhallow in Cornwall and can sleep eight people in three bedrooms.Beggars Roost is a restored chapel within the Cornish hamlet of Penhallow. It comes with three bedrooms which include two super king-sizes with zip/links and a family room with a super king-size zip/link and twin beds, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep eight people. Inside, also find a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with a woodburning stove and a games room. Outside, there is off-road parking for four cars and a front garden with furniture. Beggars Roost is a modern, stylish property acting as a homely base for families and friends to enjoy.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Coal BBQ. Starter pack for fire incl. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Towels and linen inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for 4 cars. Garden with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome, more pets will be considered upon request. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles. Note: Children should not be left unsupervised in the master bedroom due to it being mezzanine. Please note there is a good house keeping bond of £200. Note: There is the Little Orchard cider and music festival occuring between 13th to 15th September and tickets can be provided from the owner
