CHARMING COMPLEX OF PROPERTIES --- with swimming pool, tennis courts, parking on site, so no need to struggle to park at the beach! .... GREAT LOCATION, THE BEACH IS LITERALLY JUST AROUND THE CORNER ..... aswell as local pub, restaurant + take away, shops.

“Little gem of cornwall”
Booked last minute after a shaky start at another property Lucky to get a cancellation at Europa Court. Fabulously situated near the beach lovely pool , plenty of sunbeds. Bungalow contained everything you could possibly need. Accessibility for me was great due to my limited mobility. The owner Jane was contactable at anytime and extremely helpful. Perfect base to explore Cornwall. Will definitely be booking again..

“Great location, good facilities”
If you would like to be within 3 minutes walk of the beach, several shops, and a couple of eateries, this is a great place to be. We were able to walk to the sea from the bungalow, in our wet suits, with body boards, so no hanging around on the beach changing. The shower was hot, and the boiler made the cottage warm up quickly. The house is well insulated, and has a good heating system, so be prepared to make use of dehumidifiers, which are there; though the one in the family room, was not adequate for three people sleeping in the room for the whole night. There is no washing up liquid or anything to get you "started", and only one loo roll, which I think is not adequate for a self-catering place let for a long weekend. You should note that the swimming pool closes on 30th September; this is not advertised on the site, but something you read after you have arrived. One big consideration in choosing the place was so that my mum could swim; when I raised this with the owner they implied that anyone would be mad to use it at the end of October. However, as the temperature was about 18 degrees most days, and as it was advertised as a feature, if it was not going to be available, then the advert should say so.

I am so glad that you could make the most of our amazing offer price of £89 per person, for a short break in this amazing beach location! ... although i am completely confused by your comments ..... which are completely untrue + very hurtful !! ..... This is an amazing modern well equipped property nr the beach .... we have so many guests who are so thrilled with this property, returning year after year ! .... we work so hard to ensure that everywhere is well maintained ......... Unfortunately in this business though - you will always have the odd guest who try to find things to complain about - we always value feedback from guests, good or bad - but please be truthful ! ... For instance you text to say that the boiler was leaking water everywhere - we were shocked as this is a new combi boiler fitted this year - we sent the emergency gas engineer out, he ran the boiler for over 2 hours + tested it - not a single drop of water had dripped out anywhere, all pipes were bone dry + he could see that no water had leaked at all - we were left with a £50 call out fee! ....... ALSO- with any property so close to the sea, there will be problems with condensation -- which is why we have have a specialist 'clean air input unit' fitted in the hall - to remove condensation ...... there is also a de-humidifier in the bedroom, simply as a back up - this is just to run for an odd hour if required - it is not meant to run all night - i had explained this to you as you know! ..... You also say that you did not know until you arrived -- that the pool would be closed at end Oct/Nov - this is just nonsense ..... i have just re-read our emails before your holiday, clearly saying that the pool will be closed .... I was surprised that you would want to use an outdoor pool in winter ...it also clearly says in the listing that the outdoor pool is seasonal and closes at the end of september, so yr comments dont make any sense at all? ........ We sent lots of information to you before your holiday - with aerial videos of Cornwall, + ideas for yr holiday ..... and to let you know that our cleaning lady would leave tea towel, scourer, toilet roll and bin bag for you .... obviously this is self catering accommodation + you do need to bring your own supplies with you ........... ........... We must add that it seems clear that you had 'extra' guests at the property ........ we did not mind this, even though you had not paid for these guests, but we do always need to know exactly how many guests are staying at the property, for insurance purposes and safety reasons ........... I realise that it was an 'extra' guest that left her coat behind at the property .......... my lovely cleaning lady was so very helpful and waited at the property for an extra hour and a half, so that she could come + collect this ...... i notice that you didnt mention this in your review! ... *We must just point out that Trip Advisor is amazing for guests to see 100% genuine reviews from guests ......... however when it is used like this, this can be very damaging for any business, and very unfair! It seems a shame you could not be truthful in your review ....... I do hope that our lovely guests will look at our other amazing reviews from our lovely guests. Kind regards Jane
“Quality Accomodation in an excellent location with Pool access”
Stayed for 2 weeks in July 2015 .Would have no hesitation in recommending this property to friends . Access to very well maintained and clean pool , kids loved it when not at beach .Two minutes walk to the beach , pub , cafe and shop . Fun pitch and putt next door . .stayed with husband and 2 kids who were 9 and 13 and parents. 10 mins drive into Newquay . We will definitely be returning again

“Fantastic place to stay!!”
This is our second year staying in the bungalow. We love it !! Great for families plenty of room,very comfortable and well equipt.Ideal location 2 minute walk from mawgan porth beach. The swimming pool is located outside the front of the property which we used every day the kids loved it. There is a beach, local shop, pub, chip shop in Mawgan porth it is a lovely place to stay.

“Quiet bliss, with Newquay 10 minutes away”
Stayed here for a quiet week in January before my wife returned to work after maternity. Jane (owner) was very accommodating, and happy to answer any questions or help with any requests. Property is very pleasant, a modern spin on a traditional cornish cottage. Very clean, and all amenities present and easy to use. The kids room is the other end of the bungalow to the living room, so you can enjoy your evening without needing to keep it too quiet! Bathroom has a nice freestanding bath and separate shower. Location is perfect for families. My three year old counted to 12 in the time it took to get to the beach. There are a few shops/chippie/pub in the vicinity, although they were closed in January. Apparently all open again as of Feb. Newquay is a 10 min drive away, and if you use the back roads, you can access the a30 within 5-10mins. One thing I would say is that we had no phone/3g signal at the property, which we found a breath of fresh air. However, if you were taking Netflix etc for entertainment, you may need to pre-download. I would recommend this property for any family holidays. Lovely property, lovely location, well managed. Can't go wrong. Looking forward to returning as soon as we can!

“Excellent Location, lovely space, couldn't have asked for more.”
My girlfriend and I stayed in Mawgan Porth for a long weekend. Jane and Jeff were really helpful in the run up and told us everything we needed to know including ideas of what to get upto in local area. The location is ideal and is merely 2 mins walk away from an amazing beach which is great for walks and great views. A short drive away, we we able to access both Newquay and Padstow, plus the amazing Bedruthan Steps. The apartment was very clean, tidy and felt homely for the time we were there. Overall we couldn't have had a better trip. Andy & Liz

Stayed for a week in this holiday bungalow in the charming area of Mawgan Porth set almost midway between Newquay and Padstow. The bungalow is situated literally 5 minutes from the beach and we had a lovely, relaxing and tranquil break. The property owner, Jane, was extremely helpful and very prompt to answer or resolve any queries we had. Highly recommended and we would stay there again.

“great location, very spacious, fantastic place to stay”
This property is in a great location just a stroll from the beach at Mawgan Porth as well the shops, pub and the crazy golf. The whole complex was very quiet at night, perfect for families. It is well equipped and has the added benefit of a swimming pool for the complex that is just outside the door. We had the luxury of having the pool pretty much to ourselves on a few occasions. The bungalow is very spacious with a lovely living / dining area. The kids loved their bedroom and a lovely big bathroom. We enjoyed it so much we have booked again for 2015. Jane has been very helpful with the bookings and would highly recommend staying.

“Fantastic stay brilliant accommodation”
We had a fantastic 7 night stay @ the bungalow with my parents and 2 sons aged 10 and 11. We have stayed in apartments at the complex in the past because of their close proximity to the stunning beach and the excellent family amenities but the bungalow surpassed them all. It is well equipped and really well presented with everything you could need for a comfortable family holiday. The pool is an added bonus that the children really enjoy as is the mini-golf course next door. We would definitely recommend!!

“Fantastic place by the sea”
Just returned from a wonderful stay at this place with my wife and young children. My eldest (he's 4) is already asking when we are we going to the bungalow next!!. If all you wanted to do was chill out by the pool or on the beach I would definitely recommend this place. (75 yds from the beach!!). You could get a main shop delivered and get smaller items from the shop round the corner. There's a chip shop, restaurant and pub within 100 yds of the accommodation, you wouldn't need to use the car!!! The owner Jane is fantastic to deal with and makes it effortless.. Thank you Jane for a very memorable stay
