LOVELY MODERN DETACHED HOLIDAY BUNGALOW ...... on a lovely complex of properties, with the beach just around the corner. This is a lovely fun modern property -- decorated with a lovely coastal theme !

SLEEPS 6 --- 2 Double Bedrooms -- plus Bunk Beds in 1 Bedroom

COVID ---- Guests safety is very important to us. Our cleaners are using Anti Viral Products at each changeover --- and leaving time between cleaners at the property .... and guests arriving !

MAWGAN PORTH BEACH LOCATION ...... the beach is literally just around the corner, aswell as local pub, take away, restaurant, shops etc.

This is the only detached property on this charming complex --- which offers much more space to relax

PLEASE NOTE : The Swimming pool is heated for the Summer weeks from June to September.

Lovely modern bathroom suite with freestanding bath + separate shower enclosure - newly fitted.

AMAZING BEACH LOCATION --- just a stroll around the corner to Mawgan Porth beach, one of the best surfing beaches in Cornwall ..... Mawgan Porth is the perfect place to relax and get away from it all, and yet just a few miles from Newquay.

THE PERFECT HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION FOR FAMILIES + COUPLES - This is the perfect location to enjoy amazing coastal walks. Great restaurants close by, Jamie Olivers Fifteen restaurant is nearby at Watergate Bay. Further down the coast is Padstow, where you can enjoy looking around the harbour, and the quaint shops and cafes, you can also cycle the Camel Trail from here, there are bikes sheds where you can easily hire bikes ! .. Rick Stein has his famous restaurant empire here, fish restaurant, and the fish and chip empire ............. .......

FAMILY BEDROOM - perfect for children and adults, with double bed, and bunk beds, triple wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting ............

LARGE BATHROOM SUITE with freestanding bath, separate shower enclosure, basin and wc, mirror, storage unit ............

FREE PARKING ON SITE, so no need to pay high parking charges at the beach. ..........

The property can sleep 6, plus baby/toddler in travel cot. We can supply travel cot, for a small extra charge. ..............

ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP FOR 4 GUESTS NORMALLY --- please let us know if you are bringing 6 guests ...... so that we can arrange for the bunk beds to be made up ......... there is a small extra charge for this ........ PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS .........

FANTASTIC SPA FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE AT SCARLETT HOTEL NEARBY -- why not treat yourself to a massage or spa.

For food buffs, Jamie Oliver's restaurant, Fifteen is nearby at Watergate Bay. Also further down the coast at Padstow, you will find Rick Steins Seafood restaurant and Fish + Chip Empire.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jane (the owner) a message.

If Jane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
