From the owner

This ground floor one bedroom suite has direct access to a patio area and garden allowing leisurely morning breakfasts in the sun. The living area has been completely remodelled to give you loads more space to stretch out and relax, curl up under our soft throws in the evening and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine. Stunning decoration, underfloor heating and a really powerful shower make the new en suite shower room a joy to behold. We can add to that a double and a single bed in the bedroom, so whether you're a couple, or just a couple of friends, this suite is perfect.

At Gwithian Holidays we offer a selection of superb accommodation for up to five people. Our four popular apartments, named after Cornish lighthouses, sleep from one to five guests with a choice of one or two bedrooms. Three of the apartments have a bath/shower/wc while the fourth has a modern walk-in shower. All have fully equipped kitchens, dining areas and Lounges with Tv/Dvd players. Linen, towels, electricity and central heating are included in the tariff. Wifi is provided free of charge.
Gwithian Holidays has a parking space for each apartment.


Thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind, clean lines and a modern style are the order of the day here. So, after a day exploring the magical Cornish coastline, you can be assured that all you need to do is sit back and relax in these perfect surroundings. There is a good choice of eateries within easy distance but should you decide to eat in, your kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you'll need.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
