Description

Once a hayloft with milking parlour below, has now been converted to a beautiful 3 bed holiday cottage with Veranda and private garden, with views across the pond and out to sea, many walks along the coast or inland.

In winter the coast line is majestic and awesome with crashing seas, whilst when the sun is shining, you couldn't have a more perfect beach holiday.

The Roseland peninsular is the ideal base for those who want to get off the beaten track, whilst still close to some of the main attractions in Cornwall like the Eden project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Recently refurnished 3 bed cottage , once a hay straw loft and milking parlour.

Accommodation consists of:
Ground floor: two bedrooms- One double bedroom with Kingsize bed and basin, one twin.

Steepish stairs (with stair gate) to open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area with a stable door to the veranda with sea/pond views. one single bedroom, bathroom with shower over bath, toilet and basin. Large wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Services included:
Oil central heating, electric, high quality bed linen (duvets), Egyptian cotton towels, parking for 2 cars, cot/high chair, stair gate, Sky TV, DVD player and selection of dvds, Nintendo Wii, Stereo/CD, Krups coffee machine, Fridge, separate small freezer, Dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, use of tumble dryer if required. Garden with furniture and BBQ.

NB. Please bring own beach/pet towels.

“Great place to stay but abit out of the way for us”

Loved the cpttage great view would be great in the summer just abit out of the way for us as we had a baby and the nearest ship was half hour away for us there is a shop there but only opens once a week lucky the owners parents were next door and very helpfull with everythink :) it has a lovely beach to that would be great in the summer the cottage was great very clean and tidy and warm at night which is a plus with a baby only problem was the privouse people that stay obv used the washing machine when washingssomething for there dog so there where dog hairs in the washing machine and our clothes got coved in them :( overall the cottage is lovely woth great views and very quiet just to pjt of the way for us

How do damage deposits work?
