Large above beach house, sleeps 8 +cot. special location above a hidden cove. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In unspoilt fishing village with pub, shops and award winning bistros'. Huge gardens with lots of seaview seating areas. .Friday changeover. Christmas and New Year can be flexible, just contact me with your dates. Free Superfast WiFi. Sorry no smoking and no pets. A unique and deceptively large detached cliff top 4 bedroom property in its own extensive grounds. 30ft wide south facing deck with sea view ( a real suntrap) Situated directly on the SW coastal path, above the secluded 'secret' Mears beach on the private and tranquil Coverack headland which is managed by the National trust.
Tregarrek Point is set in its own 2/3rd acre gardens boasting 180 degree panoramic views. Our previous visitors have enthused how the children have loved the freedom of the large gardens, the parents took early morning swims at Mears before breakfast and the grandparents have enjoyed the peace and the array of the visiting wildlife, whilst being located just a stone's throw away from Coverack's pretty fishing harbour.
Downstairs offers a very sociable semi open plan kitchen and dining area/living room with flatscreen/ DVD log fire, leading to the 30ft rear deck with sea views equipped with furniture and a BBQ - a great place to enjoy those alfresco meals when the sun come up or goes down. There is a further large tv lounge upstairs (boasting sea views too ) – perfect for friends and family to get together to watch a movie on the 55 inch flat screen TV/DVD or enjoy a game of Cornish Monopoly.
Tregarrek Point has proved to be a very popular choice with returning large families holidaying together, due to being extremely comfortable and well equipped, with an abundance of space for everyone and its close proximity to Mears beach which is great for swimming,/rockpooling /snorkelling and seal spotting.

Living room with TV/DVD, log fire (one basket logs provided) lots of comfy seating. Large window seat overlooking deck and garden. Sliding doors to rear deck and bbq area and garden.
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, hanging pegs. . Cupboard with plenty of garden games, beachmats/toys/buckets etc - all accessed via door to rear deck.
Outside shower with lots of hanging for wetsuits etc.

“Ideal multi generational holiday home”
The house was excellently designed with all bedrooms on ground floor to suit older generation. It was sea themed in decor, comfy and had a very large lounge on first floor with sea views. The garden was very large, relaxing and full of wildlife. There were loungers and a huge sun deck with long table and 8 chairs. It was great to see the night sky and stars because there was no light pollution. The bay below the house was great for swimming and body boarding when the wind was in the right direction and took only a few minutes to get down to. The village was lovely and had several places for coffee, eating and buying some essentials. Walks from the house were numerous but sometimes steep. This house is very large and relaxing with everything you could wish for.

“Amazing bungalow, clean, welcoming, great location, plenty of space in and out.”
My first word when I entered the bungalow was ''WOW'' :) It is clean, tidy, with plenty of space. The bedrooms are lovely and the lounge up stairs has great views across the sea. It has everything needed for a self catering holiday. The kitchen is well equipped with a massive fridge freezer. Fantastic location if you like walking and being secluded. The only noise we heard was the wildlife and the odd cow :) Coverack village is lovely and only a 10 minute walk away. The private beach is just a short walk down. I have already recommended Tregarrek Point to friends and will definitely go back.
