Mellingray Cottage is situated in the beautiful North Cornish countryside, situated on Tregray Farm within 11 acres, its stunning views and lakes and an array of wildlife.

The well equipt modern one bedroom cottage provides spacious living with Large living area, stunning views of the lakes, woods and country side. With added bonus of woodburner for those chillier evenings.

Kitchen Diner, Large with slate floors, open exposed beams. Fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, Hob, fan oven, table and chairs.

New bathroom for 2018 with shower, toilet and basin. Towels provided.

Outside- Beautiful grounds around cottage with Hot tub situated right next to cottage, with lighting.

First net of Logs provided free of charge. Also electric heating.

We are very dog friendly and happily accept one well behaved dog free of charge. We ask that you do not let your dog on beds or sofas. Dogs must not be left alone in the cottage at any time during your stay.

Situated near to many beautiful locations just a short drive from Tintagel, Boscastle, Port Issac , Polzeath, Rock, The medieval town of Camelford. Bude is also less than 20 minutes away and Widmouth bay just to name a few! Close to Bodmin Moor with fantastic cycling/walking and also easy access to the coastal path and many fantastic beaches.

Locally places to visit of interest, Eden Project, The lost Gardens of Heligan, Cardinham Woods, Witchcraft Museum, Tintagel castle, Bodmin Jail, Roughtor, coastal paths, fantastic pubs and restaurants and much much more.

Why can't I call Rebecca (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rebecca (the owner) a message.

If Rebecca (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
