From the owner

Trehill cottages are set in delightful grounds totalling about 5 acres with fishing ponds play areas, games room & so much more. All the cottages have their own hot tubs.

Included in the price are the 3 main Trehill Cottages, all attached. These include...

Gulliver cottage is the largest of the 3 cottages. It has 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12. There is a large lounge, kitchen/dining room seating up to 20, conservatory, front lake view patio with BBQ & a rear deck with private hot tub (extra charge). There are 4 shower rooms.

Lakeside is the next largest, with 3 bedrooms sleeping 5. There are 2 bath/shower rooms, a large lounge with kitchen & dining area and a delightful upstairs balcony with great views of the lakes & countryside beyond.

Owls Roost is right next door to Gulliver & also has a lovely patio overlooking the lake. There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room as well as an upstairs loft room with restricted height. Kids love it.

A further cottage, Lilliput, with 2 bedrooms can be added to take the total occupancy to 23 adults & 2 children. This would come at an extra charge.

There are so many on-site facilities including free on site fishing, games room and hot tubs. You can also make use of the China Fleet club with its superb indoor pool, spa and gym (17 minutes by car). This is a great place to get family or friends together. You just pay a facilities cost which starts at £6.50/adult and £4.50/child for the indoor pool complex

Each of the cottages is distinctive, very well equipped and comfortable at any time of year. During the summer there is a great outdoor pool with a sunny terrace to relax on. 2 cottages have wood burning fires & all have central heating. 3 of the cottages also have hot tubs (there is an extra charge for these (see below for details)

On site we also have free fishing, a games room, and a seasonal out door pool (summer only). These facilities and the spacious grounds are shared with the neighbouring Long Barn cottages

Callington is a quiet corner of SE Cornwall, easily accessed and with great roads nearby to make getting around simple and quick.

Private hot tubs - there are private hot tubs in all 3 cottages. Adding the hot tubs would cost -

Gulliver £60/wk & £40 per short break

Owls Roost £35/wk and £20 per short break

Lakeside £50/wk & £35 per short break

Adding all 3 would cost £110 per week & £75 per short break.

The outdoor facilities (games room, fishing & grounds) are shared with our 3 separate Long Barn cottages

If you want more space, there is a separate 2 bedroom cottage in the grounds which can add a further 4 people. This is at an extra cost.

While every attempt will be made to keep facilities operational/available during the COVID-19 crisis, it may not be possible to keep them available due to government restrictions. Please check with us prior to booking if any of the facilities mentioned above are crucial to you.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Holiday Cottages (the owner) a message.

If Holiday Cottages (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
