The Coach House is a spacious luxurious one bedroom newly built apartment on a select estate on the edge of the village of Bourton on the Water, it is an ideal location for couples wanting a quiet relaxing break, but close enough to stroll to the beautiful riverside village with its enticing little shops and restaurants, a short stroll to the beautiful villages of lower and upper slaughter

It is an ideal base for touring the Cotswolds.

A beautifully decorated one bedroom apartment in co ordinating colours and fabrics, beautifully romantic bedroom and a contemporary fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower.The coach house enjoys a sunny aspect, the spacious lounge/dining area has a sofa and lovely reading chair , there is an i pod/cd player with a selection of CD's a DVD player and wi fi and BT Vision the dining table comfortably seats four people. not overlooked at all, lovely and quiet. There is a nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen for your enjoyment.

I recently stayed a few days at the Coach House in Bourton and enjoyed it immensely! The home is warm, comfortable and had everything we could think to need. The host Sharon even had fresh milk for tea, orange juice and cookies there for us making it feel like we were staying with family. The home is in easy walking distance to Bourton, Lower and Upper Slaughter. The Coach and Horses pub vey near the home, made a great rest stop after our hikes each day. The home is a great spot for traveling short distances to visit the beautiful villages and countryside in the area. Loved it all and would certainly stay there again!

The fresh flowers, milk, wine, biscuits etc were truly appreciated. Withing walking distance of Bourton on the water and an easy drive to explore the rest of the Cotswolds.And your quick response to any of our enquiries Sharon was excellent. Have already recommended you to all we know.

We stayed here in late November, and we enjoyed our stay very very much. The apartment was very clean and well equipped and very well decorated. It was located perfectly to drive around the beautiful Cotswold, and very close to shops and the village. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked our week's stay online from New Zealand, and everything ran perfectly smoothly from the time we arrived. The apartment itself was extremely comfortable with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The kitchenette was well supplied. The lounge was comfortable with TV and Wi-Fi. The bedroom provided a comfortable sleep. One bonus was off-street parking for our car. I would have no hesitation in recommending The Coach House.

A fantastic apartment in a quite area that's only a 10 minute walk from Bourton-on-the-Water. Felt very safe. Very well kept and clean. Extremely comfortable bed and sofa. Good TV with DVDs and CDs - also board games which were good fun! Picnic basket with plates and cutlery for taking out - great idea. Would recommend this for any couple.

Stayed here with my husband and baby daughter. It is a modern apartment, set on an estate about a ten minute walk into the centre of Bourton. The apartment is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you could need. The beds are lovely and comfy and the apartment is really clean and warm. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my wife and 6 month old baby. The apartment was immaculately presented. The furnishings were very tasteful, the owners have clearly worked hard to create a relaxing and tranquil abode! Everything had been thought of - even down to providing an OS walking map! We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again.

We are still amazed at how good value this apartment is!! Beautifully presented and very much similar to a boutique hotel style. Bourton is only a 15minute walk away with a pushchair and does not involve main roads as you can take the safe path alongside the school. The owner was very helpful and was available whenever we needed her. Communication quality which is so important was first class. A delightful experience and would advise anybody visiting the area to use this apartment as a base. Trust me when i say you probably couldn't do much better than here. It was up there with our stay 2 years ago at the dial house hotel in the same village which is a reknowned destination. Top marks and many thanks!! Hopefully it will be available the next time we visit the area. Paul, shrewsbury.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
