“A wonderfully luxurious and amazingly well-equipped place for a family weekend” We had a wonderful weekend at Sladen Lodge. It accommodated 14 people (plus baby) in great comfort. Everything has been really well-thought out and we wanted for nothing.

Rokeby Cottage
Rokeby Cottage

Excellent small cottage beautifully decorated in a good position for exploring the Peak District. It had all the equipment you need, with the exception of a potato peeler which is no serious tragedy. There is no garden but a delightful patio with a fantastic view. Off road parking for one small car. The village of Hathersage has all the shops you need and several restaurants and is a good base for walks in the area. Perfect for 2-3 people. see more

Pond View Cottage, Hathersage, Peak District
Excellent!!

Absolute perfect little getaway in a perfect setting. A quirky little upsidedown cottage, living room and kitchen on the first floor with spectacular views from the window. The cottage is beautiful and spotlessly clean, comfy beds and the shower is pretty good. Pub/ restaurant just across the road :) also loads of shops, pubs and restaurants just a little walk away. Fantastic place for a walkers ,starting from outside the cottage door. The owners Bal and James are the best hosts , really friendly too. They were on hand if we needed anything, but pretty much left us to enjoy the cottage, which was great. Thanks Guys..we had the best time and will certainly be back soon! P.s the wine went down a treat ! see more
Thehuteyam - Peak District B&B & short breaks
Utter bliss

From the friendly welcoming email when booking the hut Rachel has just been lovely..helpful and so down to earth . The hut is utterly beautiful , far surpassed any expectations I had. The setting of the hut is fabulous nestled amongst the trees at the top end of the pretty village of Eyam. To lie in bed at night and listen to the owls was a wonderful treat. And the bed, oh the bed, such a warm cosy duvet. Did not want to get up in the morning. But it was worth it when breakfast arrived. From the start you can tell Rachel is rightly proud of the hut, and breakfast was the final finishing touch. One night was not enough so we are already planning our return visit , but for a few nights next time. Thank you so much Rachel x see more
Brown Bread Cottage
Lovely cottage in idyllic setting

Had a wonderful few days staying in Brown Bread Cottage, Edale. Arrived to a very clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable cottage, with tea, coffee, biscuits thoughtfully provided... Very beautiful and rural location but conveniently not too far from Sheffield. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful with nothing being too much trouble. The only downside was that we didn't stay longer so will definitely look to return. Thank you for making us so welcome. Cant recommend enough. see more
Chestnut Barn - a pretty little cottage
Relaxing, friendly stay in an amazing location

First of all the location is great with lots of great local wàlks and close to many of the key tourist places including Chatsworth house (don't forget to visit the farm shop too), Boswell, Buxton and the caverns. The village is small but still has a nice local pub, great Indian restaurant and amazing fish and chips at the toll house. Helen was an amazing host, friendly and very welcoming supplying us with a lovely breakfast hamper for the week. The accommodation is small but cozy but more than adequate and served its purpose for us. The only slight negative was there is no closed off garden which may be an issue for those with large dogs but of course there are plenty of walking spots on the doorstep. see more
