“A brilliant find!” This cottage is lovely - better than the pictures suggest. It is in a superb peaceful position at the end of a short track yet is only 5 minutes drive from Lochinver and from many lovely walks. Euan and Hilary are nearby if needed and were very helpful and friendly. A generous basket of logs for each of the two fires was included and the cottage is comfortable (beds and chairs) and well equipped and decorated with some nice personal touches. The sun room is lovely to sit in and we loved to watch the deer who came into the garden or to the hill outside each evening. We hope to return.

“A pristine cottage in a good location” Kinross is a very well presented holiday cottage set in a large garden adjacent to the owner's home. The property is ideal for a solo traveller or couple and the second bedroom, although small, could accommodate another adult or two children. The owners were helpful but not intrusive and arranged a WiFi connection to the bungalow for a small fee, which was a very useful. Kinross was comfortable, well equipped and cosy. The location on the edge of Halkirk village was quiet with open views across farmland to the front and local facilities such as the shop and pub within walking distance.
