Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Great place for touring the Cotswolds.” We booked our week's stay online from New Zealand, and everything ran perfectly smoothly from the time we arrived.
The apartment itself was extremely comfortable with everything necessary for an enjoyable stay. The kitchenette was well supplied. The lounge was comfortable with TV and Wi-Fi.
The bedroom provided a comfortable sleep. One bonus was off-street parking for our car.
I would have no hesitation in recommending The Coach House.
“Welcome Cottage lives up to its name.” Our week at Welcome Cottage was the perfect venue for my 60th birthday celebrations with our extended family and friends. Its location just beyond the village centre is ideal as it was extremely quiet but just a few minutes from the high street. There was plenty of space for 12 people to eat, sleep and relax with a sunny conservatory overlooking the garden. The cottage is very tastefully decorated and although spacious, felt very welcoming and homely. If you want a holiday cottage in a lovely part of the Cotswolds that can accomodate a large group I can thoroughly recommend Welcome Cottage.
“Lovely Cottage in a Picturesque Village” Stayed at Well Cottage for four nights and was very impressed. It is located very close to the centre of Bourton on the Water so no need to use the car. The cottage was very clean and the owners and housekeeper very friendly! Would definitely recommend a stay.
“Lovely Cottage - great location - home from home!” Jack's cottage was beautiful, well maintained and clean. We had a lovely stay here and wish we had stayed longer.
The cottage is right in the centre of Bourton-on-water, literally 2minutes walk to the riverside, restaurants and shops.
There was space for two cars to park. The garden though small was sunny and had table, chairs and parasol which were lovely.
The house itself was lovely - really clean and the owner had clearly made a lot of effort to make it welcoming for us (wine, biscuits, tea, coffee etc). There was nothing missing.
Can't recommend this cottage enough - we had a lovely time!
“Fantastic” The cottage was roomy, welcoming and cosy. Beds were comfortable and with different degrees of soft/hard mattresses in various rooms to cater to different tastes. House was close (walking distance) to all amenities and Bourton-on-Water. Also central to all other Cotswold villages, Bath, etc. Children thoroughly enjoyed it especially the kiwi/aussie daughter because the owners put on "snow" for our first few days (probably not something they can guarantee, but we found it wonderful, coming from a hot summer)!! Cannot sing the praises of this cottage enough.
