Wagon House is a lovely detached property and is the largest of our four converted barns. All have the 4* VisitBritain grade.
This property has three bedrooms, two are on the ground floor and the other upstairs. The ground floor bedrooms are the main bedroom which has an ensuite, shower enclosure, toilet and basin, with a light/shaver point above the mirror. The other bedroom is a twin room. There is a family bathroom with bath, quadrant shower enclosure, toilet, basin and mirror with light/shaver point above.
This bathroom is on the ground floor. The third bedroom has twin beds and en suite with quadrant shower enclosure, toilet and basin. The light/shaver point with mirror is on the bedroom wall.
The living room is also upstairs where you look over the farm fields to a distant sea view.
The entrance to Wagon House is into the kitchen where you have a well equipped fitted kitchen in oak.
The dining room has an oak and slate dining table and the patio doors open onto the slate patio and garden, which is fenced.
The whole property has slate or oak flooring.

The West Country region
This is a quiet location close to Port Isaac and the coast. We are a working family farm and all of our cottages are converted farm buildings. Wagon House is the largest and is a detached property with a large fenced garden and parking on site.
The access is good with a tarmac driveway and you can enjoy all parts of Cornwall from here. There are many sandy beaches within a short drive and many do accept dogs all year around. You are also adjacent to the coastal footpath leading to Port Isaac or Trebarwith Strand/Tintagel. Bus route available.
Cornwall offers beautiful beaches, great surfing and other water sports. Ideal for walking, hiking over the moors or cliff paths.
Cycling, you will find several trafic free routes throughout the county. National Trust properties are nearby along with many other lovely stately houses and gardens.
