Charming two bedroom character cottage located 2 minutes walk from the centre of Melbourne, a beautiful georgian market town with a great selection of pubs, restaurants and independent shops. The cottage has been tastefully renovated and opened to our first guests in March 2018. Downstairs there is an open plan kitchen diner and living room with a log burning stove. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a double bed and a shower room. To the front of the cottage there is a shared front garden and to the rear a shared back yard. There is plenty of on street parking on Penn Lane which is adjacent to the property entrance.
