“Fabulous” We have just returned home, having spent two wonderful weeks here. The location of Waylands is ideal, easy to find on the edge of the village with short walks to shop, pubs, playground and beach and what a beach it is! Safe, well-marshalled and facilities nearby. Lovely flat sand and creeks for children to play safely away from the main stretch of sea. The cottage itself is stunning and very spacious with more than enough room for our party of eight, which included three children under the age of eight. The four double bedrooms are of excellent size. A very well-equipped kitchen and a superb new upstairs bathroom. The second bathroom and toilet downstairs is ideal, especially for those with young children who always want the toilet as soon as an adult steps into the shower The garden is to die for! Very private and very safe with hidden surprises. The seating area and barbecue in the garden are great. We only wish we had had more time to spend in it but as the weather was so good we always seemed to be out and about. The advantage of on site parking is also a bonus. Anyone looking for a fabulous place to stay in Crantock need look no further than Waylands.
