“Weekend trip” Unfortunately directions from petrol station in freshwater east itself weren't too clear as we couldn't find bishops close & felt that the lane entrance was bit further than 400 yards ...... shame the place was bit isolated but on the whole ABSOLUTELY AMAZING accommodation & loved the personal touch stories behind the individual pictures on walls- dog loved the garden

“A great place to stay” Excellent accommodation, comfortable, clean and quiet with everything you could need for a pleasant holiday. The wet room was a particular bonus as both my wife and I are disabled.

“A perfect family holiday” Stayed with partner, children (10 & 6) and dogs. A beautiful location within easy access of plenty of attractions (Tenby, Oakwood, Folly Farm, etc). The cottage was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the owners. This is the second time we have stayed and we will definitely be back.

“Lovely little holiday cottage in a peaceful location” We booked this cottage at the last minute after seeing it on the internet. The location is lovely, just a few minutes to the sea and plenty of walking on the doorstep. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and also dog-friendly, with lots of little extras i.e dog covers, emergency food and also bowls provided. We were pleased that, as advertised, the bed was very comfy and had quality bedding - just perfect for aching bones after a long day walking! The cottage was very well equipped throughout and the owners were very helpful.

“A very relaxing stay” We spent a week at Broadhaven Cottage. The setting, in the small hamlet of houses known as Lake, was very much away from things, behind fields that separate it from Freshwater East. The garden is fantastic - a swing, football net and even a 5 hole putting course! We didn't use the garden as much as we could have done because we were all exhausted after a day at the beach. The inside was small, but very very well thought through and practical - including plenty of storage space and hooks on doors - little things that make a difference. Beds were comfortable, TV simple to use and worked well. A very well stocked library of DVDs. We would recommend. Thank you Graham.

“A relaxing break, with beautiful coast lines and a cosy well appointed cottage” Having stayed in numerous self catering cottages over the last few years with a young family, I know what a difference a bit of thought on what's provided can make to a holiday. The Buttery was not only spotlessly clean (and warm) on arrival but also equipped with everything you could possibly need (including a selection of cakes and treats to welcome us) to make the stay stress free. The kitchen had everything you would have at home and as eating out with three young children is expensive we used all of it. I especially liked the selection of herbs and spices in the "diddy little shop" that you could help yourself to. The rooms were spacious enough that we didn't feel on top of each other and after the kids had finished playing with the toys (also provided) and finally went to bed, we could relax with a glass of wine and a bit of star gazing. There was plenty to do during the day with loads of beaches to explore, sandy, pebbles and rock pools galore. Tenby is a lovely little walled town and worth spending the day nosing around but the boys and dog really enjoyed running around the woods just two minutes walk from the cottages. Overall it was a fantastic break and we will be going back in the spring/summer.
