“Fantastic!” This is our 2nd visit and we love the cottage,it is clean and perfect for dogs to have their own garden to run around in. The area is peaceful and the owners are helpful and friendly if needed,we did not see then all week but they live in a house in the grounds of the cottage you rent so there is no problems with them checking you and feeling watched,so I would say this is a perfect holiday base with a quiet and peaceful garden to sit out in and have wine in the evenings! There are some good pubs in the area and Sainsburys near by for a big shop,we did find a new Tesco's but this is not signed posted so can be hard to find,once you find it you are fine, there is an Hotel just across the bridge by the cottage and the food there is very nice,but some of the pubs near by are hit and miss so look a bit further away. We hope anyone who chooses this cottage feels the same way about it,you will love the setting and peacefulness of the cottage.
