Properties on Holiday Lettings can be sorted/ranked in the following ways:
Orders properties using various data points, in particular: ratings, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, minimum number of nights, and data relating to the interest in/bookings of the property through us, including the advertiser’s rate of providing quotes to travellers who make enquiries. Other factors include price, property capacity, number of photographs, location, amenities, appearance in search results, page views, and the advertiser’s responsiveness and cancellation rate.
Price low to high / high to low
Orders properties based on either (i) the property’s minimum nightly price, if the traveller has searched without dates, or (ii) the average nightly price for the applicable week of the year, if the traveller has input dates.
Orders properties by total number of reviews attached to the listing (highest to lowest), irrespective of average score. Where there is a listing with the same number of reviews as another (or a listing with no reviews), properties are sorted according to their proximity to the searched location.
“Peaceful, Secluded, Perfect Cottage Setting!” The Boathouse is in a very tranquil area and was a perfect location for exploring other areas of Snowdonia. Directions provided were excellent. The Boathouse itself is much larger on the inside than it appears! It was clean and fitted out to a very high standard. The steam railway at the bottom of the 'garden' was so exciting for little people! It was one of the highlights! It was an excellent find!
“Pant Cottage” We recently stayed at Pant for my partners 40th birthday. Absolutely loved it there. Fabulous cottage, you can't truly appreciate it from the pictures. Will definitely book again. Great location.
“Relaxing” Fantastic accomodation. Furnished to a high specification with Great views and sounds of the sea. Owners supplied more than was expected in order to make us feel welcome. Can't beat the owners personal touch. I will definitely return.
“Lovely and quirky cottage” Great little cottage! Full of interesting decor and attention to detail. Fantastically clean and well presented. We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back - hopefully in summer so we can use the garden!
“AN enjoyable stay” Travelled to Barmouth with hubby and grandson Aug 20th - 27th 2016.The cottage is very central, close to the beach and pubs and restaraunts. It is in a quiet area so sleep wasnt disturbed. The cottage was clean and had everything that we needed, including a fully fitted kitchen and a utility room with washing machine. On the first floor is a double bedroom and the bathroom with shower/bath.The hot water is constant and bath towels and hand towels are provided.
On the next floor,it is reached via paddle stairs and has two single beds. There is plenty of storage room in both bedrooms and lots of hangers, and a hairdryer.
THe lounge area is down in the basement.WE didnt spend a lot of time down there even though it is cosy, with an electric log burner, because it felt damp.
There is no wifi in the cottage but most of the surrounding pubs have free wifi.
Overall,we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a beach/walking holiday. There are lots of places nearby to visit, but also has a clean, fantastic beach and a castle just up the road in Harlech.
“beautifull location and a perfect place to stay :)” A place worth seeing, beautifull location, Very clean and comfortable, great athmosphere, great helpfull neighbours, equall to a 5* hotel. I will definatelly go there again.
