This superb, three-storey cottage in Chester sleeps four people in three bedrooms.12 Deva Terrace is a stunning, Georgian mid-terrace property set alongside the River Dee, five minutes' walk from the centre of Chester. With accommodation across three floors, including three first floor bedrooms, the property can sleep four people. There's also a first floor bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom, whilst also on the ground floor is a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room, along with a lower ground floor sitting room with open fire. Outside you'll find off road parking for one car plus a terraced garden with furniture and BBQ. 12 Deva Terrace sits in a stunning area of Chester, with endless days out, fine dining, pubs and shops and beautiful scenery nearby.
