Based on the ground floor, this lovely apartment is in a quiet street less than five minute's gentle walk from the harbour beach, shops and restaurants of quaint fishing town, St Ives, Cornwall. The Apartment lets from Saturday to Saturday (from Jan 2020).

The apartment combines character beams and granite walls with a contemporary kitchen and bathroom. It has Wifi and a Wifi-enabled television.

This well-equipped apartment also has a private courtyard and a parking space suitable for a small car (5.18m long, 2.28m wide narrowing to 1.98m). Please note that you need to allow space to open the driver’s door as there is likely to be another car parked next to you. The space is not suitable if there are any mobility issues.

Towels, tea towels and bathmats are provided. Guests need to bring their own beach towels.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Fiona (the owner) a message.

If Fiona (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
