“Superbly presented, charming cottage in heart of old St Ives” Although this cottage is not large our family of 5 adults were very comfortable during our stay. The cottage was superbly presented - exactly as it looks in the pictures - and it's situation, just up Bunkers Hill from Fore Street and in the heart of "downalong", was ideal for our requirements. Only the weather let us down - but it was February, so the DVD's and board games in the cupboards were certainly a benefit. Parking in Porthmeor square was only possible on one night, but briefly unloading and loading was not an issue. We preferred the Island car park rather than Barnoon though, avoiding the walk up the hill. Booking was easy and straightforward and communication with the owner, Derek, was prompt and excellent by both phone and email. Would we go back there again?? Definitley - at the earliest opportunity!!!
