Visit England 5 STAR luxury holiday house, located centrally on Fish Street in St Ives, a stone's throw from the town's stunning beaches and right in the heart of the harbour, restaurants, galleries, shops, parking and other amenities. The location and size of this house is difficult to beat.

Large luxurious living room, separate dining room with table for eight and very well stocked kitchen with Rayburn and conventional stove.

Small private rear courtyard with seating, plants and outdoor hot and cold shower. Great on return from the nearby beaches.

One king size room with en-suite shower room, One double bedroom, One twin room and one bunk room with en-suite wc, shower and washbasin. One bathroom with small bath & shower over.

1 parking space available at Barnoon Terrace for the convenience of our guests, original artwork and unlimited wifi.

Lovely cottage but it isn't geared for multiple occupants. A cold night meant putting on the central heating briefly, but when the water was also warmed up it blew the element out. It was over 24… More

Thank you for your review, Unfortunately, you put the heating and water up to their maximum upon arrival and left them on at that level until the system broke down. You rang within 30 minutes of your early arrival to state that the power shower had cut out. That shower has 15 minutes of water and there is a notice to that effect in the bathroom and welcome packs, so it will cut out after that point as you will have drained the tank. Other guests use the alternative 3 electric showers available in the property. We were able to get a plumber within 24 hours on a weekend to repair the damage that you caused to the system by switching the boiler on and off repeatedly. Unfortunately we are not a hotel but a self catering property and many of the issues that you raised in your phonecalls are dealt with in the welcome pack on site and clear instructions in the house. The facilities are very good as noted by many of our 5 Star reviews and many of our guests come back year after year.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
