LYNNWOOD SELF CATERING

The historic town of St. Andrews is within a 6 - 7 min. walk.

Beautiful beaches, magnificent Championship Golf Courses and an abundance of renowned restaurants are but a few of the many attractions of this delightful town.

Lynnwood is a bright, comfortable, spacious and well equipped holiday home, with an enclosed garden and patio with table and chairs.

The accommodation consists of a large lounge/dining room, complete with table seating 6 comfortably, occasional tables, large colour TV with freeview. This room leads to a well equipped, fully fitted kitchen, complete with electric cooker, washing machine, drier, fridge, freezer and microwave. The back door leads to a fully enclosed garden with lawn and borders also a patio with table and chairs.

There are 4 bedrooms. Two doubles, a twin and a single. One double is on the ground floor. The double and twin upstairs have wash hand basins, all have good storage and are well furnished.

There is a bathroom fitted with bath with instant shower, WC & WHB and a 2nd WC & WHB downstairs.

The house is fully double glazed and has full gas central heating which supplies the hot water. A new condensing combi boiler has just been installed. Duvets, pillows, bed linen and tea towels are provided, although guests are asked to bring their own towels.
