A recently completed architect designed townhouse situated in the centre of St Andrews . This unique property blends in perfectly with its surroundings whilst providing modern luxury internally . The property boasts a large south facing garden , 4 bedrooms with 3 en suite

St Andrews is home to Scotland's oldest university , world famous golf courses , parks , beaches , a sea life centre , museums and some fantastic restaurants and bars .the east neuk of fife is a short drive away with its array of fishing villages to explore as well as a number of additional golf courses . Dundee , Perth , Edinburgh and Aberdeen are all within 2 hours journey time of the town by car , bus or train and are great places to visit for a day trip . If you are planning a short break , a family holiday or a golfing trip then St Andrews is a wonderful destination and base to sample all the region has to offer.

St. Andrews

The property is situated in the centre of St Andrews a five minute walk from the shops , restaurants and bars. A ten minute walk to the west sands beach and five minutes to the first tee of the old course . It is situated opposite the tennis club and kinburn park which houses the St Andrews museum as well as a coffee shop , lawn bowls and a family putting green . Close by is the lade braes walk for a relaxing stroll beside the water . If you want to park your car and not use it again until you leave then this is the perfect property as it is central to almost everything .

"Lovely townhouse in a fantastic location."

We had a lovely weekend staying in the Townhouse. Only a few minutes walk from the centre of St. Andrews, there was plenty to see and do. The house has elegant, modern decor and is immaculately clean. We all enjoyed the pool table and selection of games.The kitchen and bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with all you might need. The owners were very helpful when dealing with our booking. We all hope to return to the Townhouse again.

"Superb beyond Comparison"

We stayed here whilst attending a family wedding. The superb facilities in this outstandingly decorated and furnished apartment are second to none. We cannot rate this property highly enough. Ideally located within a five minute walk to the town's centre of a ten minute walk to the first tee on the Old Course, the Townhouse caters for all your requirements. The owners could not have been more helpful and the booking experience was first class. Thank you for providing us with an excellent property.

"An absolutely stunning house"

We stayed in the Town House with a group of friends for the weekend - it is beautifully presented, with spacious rooms, luxurious interior décor and furnishings, very comfortable beds and fresh white bed linens. The communal areas are comfortable and airy, and there is a beautiful garden at the back of the property. It's in a very convenient location, a short walk from the centre of town and within an easy distance of the gorgeous beaches. The owners of the property are very easy to contact and responded quickly to any enquiries we had, with very helpful replies. If travelling back to St Andrews, we would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to any other groups of friends or families.

This is the best holiday rental house in St Andrews by far, it's a new build with no expense spared which is plainly obvious to see the moment you walk through the front door , it is situated less than 2 minutes walk away from market street & the old course, I spoke with Debbie a couple of times & nothing was too much trouble at all , from the pool room to the bedrooms which are more than spacious, especially the one at the top of the house , (don't think I've ever been in a shower that big) right down to the kitchen & lounge downstairs which are massive , 'the town house' just oozes quality & all 8 of our party have all said that we are not contemplating trying anywhere else next year in case we are disappointed !!! So in brief , if you are a group of 8 guys (or even a couple of families) look no further than the town house !! IT WILL NOT DISSAPOINT !!!
