Description

Frog-i-more is a quaint 1.5 bedroom cottage nestled close to the water in the picturesque village of Newton Ferrers in the South Hams, Devon.

With the South West Coast Path on your doorstep, the River Yealm a stones throw away and a multitude of dog friendly beaches within easy access, there is so much to do that you will need at least a month to completely enjoy and explore this little slice of unspoilt paradise.

Enter into the lounge, complete with beamed ceiling, 2 sofas and flat screen tv. From here a step up leads into the fully fitted kitchen with a foldaway table for dining. A glazed door leads to a small outside space and a hidden pathway that takes you back on to the lane. A perfect entrance if you are wet or covered in sand following a hard day at the beach!

Upstairs there is a large double bedroom with views to the river; a bathroom with shower over and a smaller room that could houses a single futon. With plenty of room for a cot.

The villages of Newton Ferrers and Noss Mayo are in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and are located on either side of the River Realm. Frog-i-more is a 2 minute walk from the river.

Excellent location at the centre of the village. Comfortable and spotlessly clean this is a very nicely furnished, cosy 2 bedroom cottage. We really enjoyed staying in Frog -i- More, Thank you!

How do damage deposits work?
