Robertswood is the ideal destination for the larger groups, whether it's for a family reunion, a walking holiday or just a group of friends meeting up to share some time together. Robertswood boasts the fact that all our bedrooms are en-suite with baths and showers. The kitchen is very large and designed to cater for 18 people or more, The South facing dining room can seat up to 18 people in comfort and there is ample space in the lounge/bar area for all. Robertswood has a large private gated car park to the front of the building which can park up to 12 vehicles and extra parking to the side of the house.

Robertswood is a south facing property. The front garden is spacious and private, with a summer house and two swinging chairs. There is also garden table and chairs and plenty of loungers. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the scenery.Possibly the most scenic place to have a BBQ!!! We are now offering as an extra the "Robertswood Spa Garden" to the side of the property, A quiet and secluded area with "Jacuzzi Hot Tub" Sauna, Cold plunge shower and changing room with WC (for a small extra fee of £400.00 per week-end). PLEASE NOTE: Due to the location of Robertswood House there is a strict NO NOISE policy after 11 PM. in the gardens.

Great space, lots of bathrooms, big kitchen, big dining room, big lounge, nice bar area-all well kitted out, nice hot tub and outside area, nice views. Some areas are a little dated but generally clean and tidy. Could have benefitted from being able to turn the heating down ourselves. Cooking sunday dinner we did trip the electric but the owners were available on the phone to help immediately.

We were a groupie of 17 adults and a one year old. We were there for my 60 th birthday, we all had an amazing time, the house was spotlessly clean, each and every one of our group could not find any fault. We also booked the hot tub at last minute, so glad we had, it was great, some one was always in it. The bedrooms were all lovely and again spotless. We hope to be back.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If David/marylyn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
