Pimlico nestles quietly between Belgravia and the River Thames. The roads here are planned out on a grid system and Alderney Street is conveniently within the Pimlico Grid. This Zone 1 short let t is served by Pimlico Tube station, Victoria Station and numerous buses.

Located on the favoured first floor of a period home this short term rental flat is well presented and comfortable. The sitting room is traditionally furnished and boasts floor to ceiling windows dressed with appealing swag and tail curtains. A fireplace and bookshelves lend an air of grace to this lovely red room. Comfortable upholstered armchairs and sofa are arranged around the fireplace and there is a dining table. The compact kitchen is off this room.

From this strategic position you are in a great place to explore London. Victoria is a rich multi-cultural area, The Telegraph newspaper HQ can be found on Buckingham Palace Road close to one of the Google headquarters. The Goring Hotel, Victoria, is the hotel of choice for the Middleton family, Kate emerged through its front doors before heading the Westminster Abbey to be married.

The Goring is known for its splendid High Tea, served daily, though early booking is advised. Just off Victoria Street is Westminster Cathedral, the mother Church of the Catholic Church in England and Wales.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nick (the owner) a message.

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
