A fine and rare three bed Mayfair residence! Our lift takes you up to second floor where Flat 3 extends over the entire cross section of the building and boasts views of North Audley Street and down Green St. toward Hyde Park. There are three bedrooms, of which two have beds that can be converted into twins. There is a fully fitted kitchen with an extra-large fridge, dishwasher and a separate dining area. The spectacularly gorgeous and sun lit living room looking down the street at Hyde Park, features two extra-large sofas, and a large mounted flat screen TV. The dining table seats up to six and there is also a wine cooler. All rooms feature flat screen TV’s, plus an en suite marble bathrooms, and under floor heating. The apartment has free Sky TV and Wi-Fi, and a video entry phone system for added security.

Our North Audley Street residence really is an impressive address to bring your guests to. With Michelin Star restaurants at your door step, quaint boutiques on Mount street, and Berkeley Square with all it's luxury ateliers beyond it. Selfridges, one of the premier department stores in the world is on the corner, and Hyde Park is directly in front of you as you exit your front door.
